Came in the office for help with my account and they instructed me to go on the app and do it myself. Didn’t care that I had questions. Also there’s no excuse for not making an appointment since there were plenty of employees not doing anything and no customers.

The bank manager reached out to me in regards to my survey that I wrote. I can’t reach him but the reason for my survey E. Ortega. I urgently needed assistance, I walked into the bank and right away the lady at the desk came over, greeted me, and told me to wait, they would be right with me. After 10 minutes she came back, apologized, checked to see why the other employee hadn’t gotten to me. Again she said we will be with you in a few. I was then attended to, they took care of what I needed. I have been to Wells Fargo in Natomas, Gold River, Santa Clara, and I have never received a welcome, greeting or anything. I had to go to their desk and shout, I’M HERE! So Thank you, keep up the great customer service. E. Ortega

I'd like to begin by stating that my father had a large estate in his Wells Fargo account at the time of his death due to pneumonia in another country. It took 1 year + to finally obtain the death certificate. After I walked into Wells Fargo with my mother to close his account, one of the bankers seemed to be pretty helpful at first. As the day went on, and it seemed like things were coming to a close, her entire attitude changed and she suggested to me that I leave, go back to Los Angeles ( where I live, spend more travel costs... Is what they insinuated I should do...) Spend more money coming back, and possibly in a few weeks they would have an answer. This person went from being a nice , semi helpful, but still ignorantly untrusting banker, to a racist in 5 quick seconds. I walked inside the bank, my pants were low so I pulled them up, I saw this woman slam the phone back down, tell me to leave the bank, head back home, and they would let me know.I went to a different branch, and the only person willing to help me obtain my estate from my dead fathers bank account was an Indian woman. Surprisingly this woman made it happen, she got me my estate and they gave me a check! All on the same day as the Asian woman told me she needed more time......I go to cash the check at this other branch, and the white woman behind the desk. -- **** you not , after watching her colleague write me a check tells me this : "We will need to verify the funds and put in a request for this large amount of cash, it will be maybe 2 weeks until you get your money".After watching her colleague write me a check from Wells Fargos computer, this racist tells me , the bank needs to verify the authenticity of the check ????????.... obviously in a jealous and rude manner........I went to a DIFFERENT BRANCH, AND they decided to let me sign the check over to my family member and I basically gave them this large amount of money. The review is about the behavior and customer service, or lack thereof, of the Asian woman working at this branch. I will obtain a name and update my review accordingly, but I'd just like to leave this post here for anyone to read. The Asian woman is a devout racist or classist and should have her fiduciary license revoked or at the very least audited.... Ignorant racist probably didn't think I knew that word.... Lmfao...... please. These people withheld over $144,000 from me because of racism.

Terrible service, lines of 12 people and only one teller had an appointment with a banker, it took him 25 minutes to serve me and he still tells me if you want to wait or make another appointment, how is that possible, such a rude response, all the other bankers on their cell phones just look at the terrible service client ? everyone IGNORE you my time is also important not only your time

The bank employee Griselda at 575 W Capitol Expy San Jose CA was incredibly rude and unprofessional. She made a simple bank task a full on interrogation, which I never experienced with any other Wellsfargo employee, and I have been banking with Wellsfargo for two decades. She made me feel very uncomfortable to the point where I don’t want to come to this establishment anymore, and it would take me thirty minutes more to drive to another Wellsfargo branch, and I almost considered cancelling my accounts and business with Wellsfargo entirely, just because an interaction with her made me feel so attacked. She was making me feel stupid even though I have used Wellsfargo and communicated with many other Wellsfargo tellers before, and they never made me feel so bad for no reason. I was entirely polite and she was aggressive to me from the start for no reason. I feel appalled by the service received at this branch by this particular employee. The other employees were all very nice and friendly and I appreciated the other employees

This branch only talks to you if you have an appointment. If you go without appointment the banker will sit there staring at walls but not talk to you coz you dont have an appointment. They insist all transactions can happen in the bank not online. When I called the customer service which I should have done earlier (but I trusted their word) they said I can do it online! I was able to change my account with couple of clicks and I wasted my time going there and talking to them! first call Customer Service and only if you have to, enter this branch!

Always a huge line and management doesn't jump into help to help with simple non-cash transactions which would speed the lines up.

I arrive and I sit where normally a banker will approach you to ask how is it going and find out what you are here for. Well, I waited for 40 minutes and no one ever acknowledged me, this is insane, another person walks through the door and sits by me and suddenly someone approaches them to helps them, they waited for approximately 2 minutes and they got a knowledge, WHAT? REALLY? Then I stand and ask do I need an appointment, they reply " YES". Can you in the future at least acknowledge your loyal guests and at least say hi or something. I waited 40 minutes and sent home because I didn't have an appointment. Do you really want our business? Are you willing to give our business to another bank?
