Came in the office for help with my account and they instructed me to go on the app and do it myself. Didn’t care that I had questions. Also there’s no excuse for not making an appointment since there were plenty of employees not doing anything and no customers.

Very poor customer service! Always long wait! Tellers and managers always have attitude. Please avoid this branch.
