2 tellers for a long line outside the door... I feel they should have more tellers especially on a Saturday morning when everyone trying to get there needs met at the bank !!!!!! I waited in the line only to get cussed at by another customer who was making a scene ugh I won't come back here I don't like the vibe

Bank had no security on weekend even week days. Very unsafe for any customer that come this location. It's busy location. Management need to step up and get security. So far it look stupid to pull big cash out

It's the worst place I've ever visited. It took an hour and in the end they told me that my check had no funds. The cashier, who is an Asian, is incompetent. For this reason, I called the manager and he told me that my check had no funds, which is a shame. bil lie because my check did have funds I had to change it at another branch and if it had funds it is the only branch that does not provide good service

Been a customer with Wellsfargo for over 20 years. Was at the bank 3 minutes before 5pm which is when they closed and needed to use the ATM inside because I needed more than 1,000 dollars. The door was locked and the lady at the front wouldn't even open it for me. After I pleaded with her.

There were only 3 tellers which two of them were helping customers for over 15min. I didn't notice there was a manager since there was not one single employee that thanked the people that were on the line for their patience. I think Story and King Wells Fargo has a better knowledge even though they have way bigger lines.

I’m pretty sure they hire 10 people to stand around and click on computers randomly while only 2 of them actually deal with customers. Least efficient bank in the area.

The Asian lady banker was rude. I came in for wire transfer they told me they usually help with a big amount dollar's transfer, if it is 3k I can go online and do it myself. This is what happens when you hire unprofessional financial banker working in the bank. They still think like they are in Vietnam! You got money we help you asap, Lucky I got Kourush Bagheri came over and took him less than 10 minutes and I was out of my way.
