Long wait..after 20 min wait, at teller..he tells me that for wire transfer need appointment!! And wait another 30-40 min!!
No sympathy!!

Easy to schedule an appointment here on my WF app. I waited in the lobby & my advisor Theresa came out & escorted me to her desk. She was super helpful! I came to close & open a new account & a new credit card as well. She was patient & explained everything very thoroughly to me. Big thank you to her!

Refused to change my ATM pin even though this can only be done in branch. How can you only have 1 banker everyday? But have 4 unless tellers that can't help with anything. This branch is the worst.
UPDATE: after filing a complaint I went to the next brach and the TELLER was able to switch my pin and said the other branch more than likely lied and didn't wanna help.
Please retrain Aurora as she doesn't know her job roles as a teller.

Carve out 30-45 minutes if you’re going to this location. The slowest I’ve seen by any standard. What surprises me is the consistent feedback about service being sub par, yet nothing has changed. Poor management.

If you have all day to wait for a teller while you have 6 people at a desk all chit chatting to each other than this is the perfect bank for you. I came to cash a check ( not my regular bank- now I know why) First charge $8 bucks to cash a check since I don't have an account with them. Second I understand each person has a specific role and duty but makes no sense why there is 1 teller and 6 bankers with a line of 12. Their machinery for counting cash is old and seriously questioned their standards.

This policy working hours on Saturday is ridiculous! Closing at noon when just open at 9:00am!What kind of the bank like this?When the most time people need it, it closes door early!!!!

Been a Wells Fargo customer since 2009 so over a decade.... Now when you deposit cash, at least at THIS branch (and not all the branches I've been to in over 13 years almost) you need to count your cash before you deposit. ..... hmmm okay. Why don't you use the cash counter in front of me or use the cash counter and give me the receipt after. If I reject that total then count the cash in front of me? As you're the teller? Guess I'll go to another bank that uses a cash counter in front of me to deposit my cash OR get change.
