Tried to help my Dad out and give him some cash, so I went to his bank and asked if I could deposit some cash in his account. They said no problem so I reach in my pocket pulled out the CASH only to be told, they only except money orders and checks, not CASH since I didn't have an account there. Since when does a bank refuse CASH? They have pens, lights and whatever to verify its not fraud...this is absolutely a joke, I'm sure glad it wasn't an emergency, thanks for working with YOUR customers and/or potential customers. If I banked here I would withdraw and bounce to a credit union! F*** Wells Fargo!!!

There’s an old sign in here that says ‘Wells Fargo & Co Express’. I see why they removed the Express from the name. I’ve been in line for 20 min now and still not at the front. It’s 11am on Wednesday. Get it together please.

This is, hands-down, the BEST Wells Fargo I've been to. I actually came to this branch, which is much farther from my house because I was fed up with my local branches. Estaban and Alba have been AMAZING in taking care of my banking needs. And when I come here, I am warmly welcomed, and don't have the hassle that I experience with other banks. In reading the other posts, yes all banks get busy nowadays. But in my opinion this branch is run the way bank should be.

Terrible service! I went for an account cancellation and the customer service person did not take the cost of reviewing my documents because it is a long process, I had to make an appointment, how illogical, if my time is worth a lot, it is not my fault that I do not have staff. that attends Then I went to another office and they treated me very well, very grateful for the service.

The absolute worst Wells Fargo I been to! Very badly managed. The guy is literally in the back walking around back and forth while there is an absolutely huge line which is far out the door. I ask him why would you not help the tellers to make things a bit quicker..he says " I am helping" HOW ?????

Although understandably busy at time I came in early and the man who assists people in line helped me set up my Apple Pay function and even tried helping me pull money out too but since my card wasn't ready he got the next free bank teller to help me since he had pulled me from a long line and when a customer got cranky he handled the situation professionally and calmed him down and the bank teller himself was super nice and quick with helping me with no card either.

Today is Christmas Eve I went to deposit a check. And don't know what's going on and asking question to a manager, In return the manager tell me do I want my check back and get out this this is a really bad customer service I get from this manager. Her name is Patricia Quintero . I hope when I come back to this bank I will not see her again, I've been bank with Wells Fargo over 15 years now .

Zero stars. Told me to make an appointment for another day for a same day wire. Made no attempts to help. Told me to wait until an appointment cancels when I only have a half-hour window left in the day for the same day wire request.
