came in on feb 15 @3:40 pm they have a bunch of girls doing absolutely nothing but laughing and f****n around Came in to open up a bank account and they said everyone was busy come back tomorrow or make an appointment meaning we're to busy we're almost off work let us milk the clock and not help our customers now I won't even bother opening an account with wellsfargo lazy ppl everywhere now! lady who helped me had a piercing above her lip next to a bigo pimple

After many years of doing business with Wells Fargo and cashing my checks! today, 11/27/23, this branch stated that they will not cash my check even though they did it many times in the past couple of years.they also stated the other branches who did cash my checks didnt know what they are doing and they shouldn'thave done it. They gave me all the reasons to change my bank. I highly recommend this branch if you want to be disappointed.

What kind of run down WF branch is this. Management seriously needs to step in and fix this as it is abysmal. 1 of 2 ATM's was completely out of cash, and as the 2nd one was counting my cash (for over 1 minute) - an error then popped up stating there were no funds. What??? This location should be revamped or just shut down. Its an embarrassment.

Made an appointment for Friday showed up they where really helpful. This was to open an account I felt very welcomed and truly helped. Jose Ramirez was the person that assist me with opening my account. Super super friendly and helpful. Made sure he let me know what was going on and what he was doing every step of the way. Definitely glad I came in to this Wells Fargo got done what i needed to get done.

I will be switching banks. Physical locations and customer service are unable to give card numbers even with the necessary information and they do not give temporary debit/credit cards if a card is lost or stolen. The quality of the bank has dropped significantly in recent years.

Typical Wells Fargo. Online this branch is said to have drive thru banking that is open til 1:00 pm. Since they quit being open on Saturdays I've realized that I often have a need for them to be open. It's inconvenient that they aren't. And apparently the money they've saved was enough to take out that pesky drive thru window, but not enough to fix they're website that still tells folks to come check out their drive thru banking, more proof of how important your busines means to them.

I have nothing bad to say about this branch or its employees. I simply want to express my disgust at a bank which still hasn't suitably accounted for the complete and utter disregard of its obligation to its customers, employees and communities. There is no way to minimize the extremity of the ethical lapse which is the creation of millions of accounts for customers created without their consent or knowledge. When this scandal broke we were in the last days of getting a mortgage with Wells Fargo and I couldn't justify to myself pulling out of this loan and the relationship I thought I had built with a trusted institution. Finally, four years later we have refinanced our loan and I've been able to pull all my money from Wells Fargo. I had not forgotten what this institution has done and want to make sure others don't forget it either.
