Long wait time, looks like only two people work here- others are probably "managers". Both are stuck for 15 minutes now.

Made an appoint on the Wells Fargo Mobile app to get assistance with account. Showed up for 4:00 appointment and was told the rep was out sick and all appointments we cancelled for the day. Was informed that they tried to leave a message in the morning but the voicemail was full. No attempt to call later in the day or send a text as they have that info. No apology for the situation. Very disappointing.

This is by far hands-down, the worst branch I have ever been to in my entire life. The tellers are rude and snotty and stuck up and don't even think about going in there and asking for help if you don't have an appointment. I left from here and went directly to Chase was able to have my walk-in taken and was in and out in a timely manner. I will never go back to Wells Fargo.!!

Wells Fargo as a whole is incompetent. Estate planning looks like something they should be familiar with. However, after spending hours in the bank to recertify a trust, comes to find out they did it wrong and I have to go through it again. The central estate planning number and the branch conflict, and the customer is the one spending hours and hours correcting this. It is incredibly incompetent on their part. And do not believe that all branches have notaries, as none of them do anymore (even though the central number will say that).

With all the papers posted on their doors related to COVID, they could've at least posted one of their hours changed. Myself and 3 others were waiting outside in line yesterday for 20 minutes before a nice customer that had just exited the building, let us know that they CLOSED at 12. Even an employee could've came outside to let us know...

I just opened an account with Well's Fargo not too long ago, but so far. I've been very happy. Their staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful.

I absolutely hate WF bank! They are insane with fees & charges for everything. I have to deal with this bank because of a business account & although most tellers are friendly there are a few that are just bossy, rude & not at all helpful.

My online identity was compromised on wellsfargo.com and hackers got into my account. I had to go into a branch to close and reopen all 6 of my accounts that I unfortunately hold with Wells Fargo Bank. Of course they botched things up. A month later I still don't have any checks for one of the account. They also converted my accounts from free accounts to accounts that would have fees. A month later I'm still trying to get things fixed and have spent hours on the phone.

Horrible customer service. Ordered checks online that the bank claims to have shipped but never got to me. This wasn't the worst part. The branch personal manager whose name begins with K was unprofessional - says to me that life is not perfect when asked if the lost checks may ever be used by anyone else. Goes on to say that we can call and let them know of fraud activity. Well this isn't A check or even A checkbook we are talking about. It is a box full of checkbooks -at least 10 of them with scores of checks. At that point, he finally gets the gravity of situation and says we won't need to call with fraud since 'they' put a stop payment on those checks. Really...who is 'they'? As for reversing shipping charges paid for the checkbooks that never arrived, I am told to wait for 3-5 days as he will need his manager's approval, and well, he didn't even note my name or account number...great! Never felt this uninformed by a Wells Fargo manager. Very disappointed.

The bank tellers are all nice but the one bank teller that stands out the most and is always cheerful would be Julie. She is very sweet and helped me twice for what ever I needed to be done. I walked out feeling great! I like going here during my lunch because it's less busy compared to the afternoon. At most I waited maybe 15 minutes. Sometimes it's hard for me to find parking so I loop around few times or just parked very far. It's a good location because it's next to my work place, the gas station, and the village oaks plaza. Also has a drive thru atm window.

this Wells Fargo is the WORST one I've ever been to. The workers are so rude and all they care about is getting the work done and shooing you on your way. They literally don't care if they are giving attitude, not smiling and obviously don't care enough to help you when there's something wrong. The guy who helped me was Ruben or whatever & the whole time he was "helping" me I was confused on how to transfer money from a separate card to pay off my credit card. This is short preview of how our convo went Me: I would like to transfer money from this card into my credit card R: k how much Me: is there anyway for you to check how much is in this card? R: nope Me: uhhh??? Okay. R: sorry it didn't go through K: oh how come R: I don't know. It doesn't tell us HOW IS SOMEONE SO USELESS???????

I've been coming here ever since I opened my first bank account a few years ago. They were very nice to me despite me knowing nothing at all about anything. They treated me very well and I've been sticking with them ever since. They also were super nice when I decided to get my first credit card. The staff is very friendly and understanding when I come with questions and/or problems.

Costumer service is very friendly here, the only person that needs to work on its attitude is a teller called FADY. He seems like he's always in a rush. Twice he declined to cash my business checks, he insisted to deposit. Today same situation, but, another gentleman behind him approved the transaction. FADY reaction was embarrassing after the other gentleman "explained" how to do his work.

Every time I go here with my boyfriend, they say they can't cash his whole check and they can only give him half while the other half has to be deposited. I'm sorry but what?? I've never had this problem before at any other location where they can't cash the whole check. It's complete b/s but it always happens at this location so we'll be going to another branch from now on.
