Had a challenge with the ATM and my PIN number. Went inside for assistance...As always, the staff member who helped me (Anju) was lovely. So polite, patient, and smart. A pleasure working with her....Staff at this branch is consistently top flight.

First time EVER opening a checking account as a 19-year-old college student, Yassir Shafi was an AMAZING banker and was very kind. He showed professionalism, answered all my questions very well, and provided me insight in looking at future credit cards and explanations of fees. I ended up choosing a Clear Access Banking account, and since I'm under 24, I won't ever have to pay any fees! Thanks Yassir!

Worst banking experience I've encounter my entire life. They are rude, incompetent and arrogant. I haven't had good experience with Wells Fargo for a while but too lazy to move all my auto pay bill, but this last in person transaction at this location has nailed it. I will never come back.

I agreed with Kat N. and James N. The manager at Wells Fargo Evergreen, her actual name is Samia J (they call her Sonya). She needs customer service skills. She needs to learn how to treat the customer with dignity and be assured the problem won't repeat; Instead, she is arrogant, rude, incompetent, mean, and miserable and make snarky comments. I closed my account because I will not tolerate this behavior.

We've always found Well Fargo's service, especially our branch on San Filippi Rd., San Jose to be very service oriented and accommodating. Easy in and out. Always a banker available to answer account questions. Same goes for our former Wells Fargo Branch back East in NJ.

Very impressed - they have a superb staff and wonderful to do business there.How often do you feel compelled to rave about a bank branch? This Wells Fargo is very special - easy parking, well staffed - and As a rule the Staff is very well trained.Recently dealt with Patty Hernandez - she was gracious, polite, accommodating, very smart and a pleasure to deal with.Good location.

I have been a fan of this branch for 2 years. As a rule, the staff is cordial, smart, and efficient. By mistake, I visited the other WF branch - one mile - and a world of difference away - and quickly stopped the transaction - the employee was brusque and unhelpful. Returned to this Branch and was treated with courtesy and efficiency. Class Act. I worked with and dealt this Yassir -the consummate professional. (Polar opposite of the the other branch) If you appreciate both professionalism and courtesy - this is the bank for you.
