Karyn was the best DoC we could ask for!
Boulder Ridge was very accommodating to our religious and cultural requirements of outside catering, no alcohol and non-affiliated vendors.

We had our rustic Photo Booth trailer “Dolores” at a wedding at Boulder Ridge. The sunset and views are gorgeous at this venue. Loved being here, would get married here! Highly recommend checking the place out.

Beautiful place for a wedding. The only concern was the boys driving the guest down to get their cars. They drove too fast and made turns too sharp. I did not drink, but the other couple in the cart did and they almost fell out. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Supervisors NEED to get this under control.

I have never been there before very beautiful super clean classy private golf course both families had a great time we enjoyed ourselves very nice and polite staff really good food and drinks

The Celebration Of Life event was beautiful. The service of the food staff was exceptional, the food was great and the ambiance was magnificent. The ugliness of racial and privilege discrimination was what ruined our entire experience and never will we use this venue again.
When we went to the bar to order drinks we were meet with blatant racial discrimination. The bar tender gave us, a group of 6, an explanation that the bar wasn't available to us. Mind you we are all Americans with Latino ancestry and various shades of brown. We were told the bar was only for members. But when we sent some of our Caucasian family members into the bar they were served beers and mixed drinks with no questions asked. Very disappointed.

Beautiful location with amazing views! The planning team Alyssa and Karyn did a good job to customize all the details according to our preference, and keep things on plan. With their help, it feels so easy to get a dream wedding. The vendors in the package are also nice, and everyone is friendly and patient.

Many things were promised that fell short of expectations. To start, your point of contact to whom you will be assigned, aka wedding coordinator, will be so busy planning so many weddings that they'll be unresponsive to your questions- questions that will inevitably come up because of poor organization and communication of pertinent info. As the wedding approaches two weeks or so, and prior to receiving your payment, is when they'll be suddenly more responsive. For example, consider the DJ. If you message the coordinator about the DJ two months before the wedding, they'll provide a name after several days, which is all fine and good until you message the DJ and they do not respond until more than a month later and tell you they're no longer affiliated with Boulder Ridge. Phone tag and misinformation is frustrating. The correct information should have been provided from the onset, no one should have to request this information, as the playlist requires a lot of advanced planning. A lot of information left out made it difficult to plan without stress. The day of the wedding, they coordinated parts of the wedding differently from the rehearsal which took us by surprise. List of requested photos provided to the coordinators were not taken. They forgot to serve tea and coffee with desserts. The indoor fireplace was broken while the outdoor fire pits were forgotten to be turned on. They seemed short staffed. "Prime rib" was sad and dry. Salmon and salads were mediocre at best. However, their saving grace was that they did pack decor we provided very well. Lastly, the groom left two thousand in cash gifts received in a laptop bag on the bar counter that went missing during the wedding. When he requested information while on his honeymoon they blew him off and told him to wait till the manager was on duty to see the surveillance camera. When multiple family members went to ask in person they refused to let them check and would only respond with "there was nothing", which sounded like another blow off response. By the time the groom was able to check in person on the fourth day their response was "all surveillance videos get erased after 3 days". Shouldn't that information have been conveyed on day one?! A police report was filed. They do not take theft as seriously as they should, especially if it occurred on the premises. Venue is pretty though if you don't mind the occasional cellphone towers in your photos and golf cart chauffeur service fun, albeit inconvenient (again, short staffing). It's cool until you realize you have to get back to your car mid-wedding and you have to either wait in the freezing cold weather for a driver or walk 15 min downhill in heels, which becomes way too cool for anyone to handle.

We had our wedding in May at Boulder Ridge by Wedgewood, and it was an absolutely stunning and beautiful venue. We loved having our ceremony overlooking the beautiful golf course, and the combination of the indoor event space and outdoor lawn area was perfect for our wedding reception. The team at Wedgewood Boulder Ridge was very friendly and helpful during the planning process, making it easy for us to stay organized and make sure that we had everything we needed figured out for our big day. Shout out to Karyn and Alyssa for helping throughout the planning and coordination process! They provided quick and timely responses to all of our questions. We had several of our guests mention to us that our wedding was the nicest wedding they'd ever been to, and the credit for much of that goes to the team at Wedgewood Boulder Ridge. Our guests really enjoyed the food and beverages, and the vendors that they coordinated with on our behalf all did a fantastic job - especially I Do Wedding Cakes, yum! Thank you to Boulder Ridge and the rest of the team for all of your help on our big day!

We had our wedding at Boulder Ridge last weekend on October 8th, 2023. We couldn't be happier with how things went out our special day. It was just a beautiful and happy day. We want to give a big shout out to everyone at Boulder Ridge. From the first day when we first toured the venue, we knew this was the one. We got to work with many people, and everyone was so knowledgeable, helpful and kind. Services: 5/5. Big thank you to all the staffs who helped us plan out our little details. Every vendors they provided coordinated so well which helped our date went out so smoothly. Their coordinators, DJ (iMobile DJ), florist (Flowers Divas), cake (Ido wedding cakes) were a big hit. It was such a joy to work with them. Overall, they made us feel so special on our big day. We were always afraid that we couldn't fully enjoy all the drinks and foods but Boulder Ridge staffs always kept their eyes on us and made sure that we could have a piece of everything. Venue: 4.5/5. The view of this venue is everything we have been dreaming about. Unfortunately, our wedding was on an sunny day so the outdoor ceremony was hot and not everyone could fully enjoy the moments. Soon after the ceremony, all the guests were just in awe of how beautiful the sunset was. So many beautiful pics were taken by our guests and we just couldn't stop looking at them. Foods: 4/5. Foods were just okay. But honestly we didn't have a high expectation for this since we come from Asian culture and having either steaks or salmon wasn't something that most of the older Asian generation would like. Luckily, every other aspect of the experience was so outstanding that it more than made up for the food. Some thoughts: - Bridal dressing room is decent and can only fit about 6-8 people. - It did feel like they were short for coordinators since our coordinators kept getting switched up. Luckily, everyone was nice, helpful and communicative. Thumbs up for everyone! - It would have been a huge miss for our wedding since they forgot to bring out our glow sticks for open dance. Luckily, my sister reminded them and the glow sticks instantly lifted up the entire vibe. Boulder Ridge had gone above and beyond our expectation. All of our DIY decorations were nicely placed out the ways that we wanted. At the end of the party, everything was carefully packed and returned to us without any missing pieces. They even packed left over desserts for us and gifted us with a bottle of champagne. All staffs were so fantastic. They kept their smiles thorough the night and saying congrats to us. Thank you everyone for making the happiest day of our lives.
