Very bad lately the dirty place has been neglected wherever you see it... many washing machines in malfunction and some, if not many, in repairs... I will not return here anymore

I dont recommend going to the place their staff is so mean to the customer and sadly they r one of my own people as well. They charged to much launsry r broken mosrly all of them. When i need help they dont help u instead they get mad lime they r the owner of the place. I have never encounter as a worker in this pmace that so mean to thier customer. I sont recommend going here.

This place is not worth going too. Everytime I do my laundry here I'm not satisfied. Charges to much to wash and dry. When I wash I select hot water I've noticed that the water is cold but still get charged for hot water. When it comes to drying I would have to spend 5.00 dollars or more for 1 load and still my clothes are not dry.

I have a large selection of clothes and rarely have to go laundry. But when I do I like coming to Wash America the staff is friendly, helpful, easy to talk to and cordial. The place is clean and kept up, even the restroom. The staff wears mask still though it's optional but careful is always better than, the opposite. There are vending machines in the premises and food store which is open during the day. The washers and dryers are still fairly new and effective, to add they are commercial type of washers so they are more reliable to do the job. I like this place and the staff is amazing, the man and woman who is staffed during the night when I come are very nice. Thank you for making this place easier to come to compared to the other places I prefer it here.

Use to love going here simply bc it was close to my house but I will be taking my business somewhere else. My clothes got stolen out of the dryer and they were no help. We asked to see surveillance video so we could make a police report and they refused to show us the video. Wouldn't recommend going here. A lot of the dryers always seem to be broken. And there is a lot of homeless people outside.

This place is not worth your time. Hardly anyone was wearing a mask and people were coughing. The employees do nothing but sit around staring at you. The manager was very rude when I had asked for help. He had a an irritated/annoyed tone.

I went here last night and was so alarmed when I saw a lot of customers not wearing masks. I thought that it's already mandatory for business establishments to require people who get in to wear face coverings unless you have a medical reason. Bear in mind too that Covid 19 is also an airborne virus. I hope the owners will strongly implement the wearing of masks to help stop the virus from spreading.

This place has horrible customer service. It took over 30 minutes to get help to use the rest room. I was looking at the guy to ask and he kept throwing his hands up? I wouldn't come here again I'd rather wash my clothes by hand
