Would give a zero stars if I could , late delivery, not answering the phone , refused to install ! . my parents had bought a bed from here, they had told my parents there were going to deliever it at 6pm and install it on Tuesday they got to our home 10:40pm! They didn't want to install it either , my parents had been trying to call the owner and he didn't answer the phone ! Overall very bad service !

Que poca que hay gente así me espere meses para comprar mi recámara y mi mueble para que el mismo la dañara y ni si quiera tenga poco interés de remplazarla.

I don't recommend this store it's worse than anything else. I bought a queen size bed and their delivery was so unprofessional. The guy that helped me was also very unprofessional and rude. So I got a full bedroom set and they brought me the wrong mattress. I've been calling thy guy for a little over 2 months. Right when he left that same day I called him right that same moment when I noticed the mattress was wrong. They just took my money and didn't care. The guy fooled me and told me to use the one he gave me since COVID was going on. I said okay fine so I started calling again after things calmed down. I even left my number with some guy their telling him to call me back. I also have text messages and all. Never have I received an apology, nor my money back or even the correct mattress. Don't buy here they don't care about their customer service at all.

Late delivery, didnt answer the phone, had attitude, refused to put the bed in the room upstairs and didnt build the bed. Regret not looking at their reviews first. Overall the bed is ok for now, hopefully it doesnt break in the future.

I went to purchase a sectional couch saw one we liked asked how much she quoted me 1,600 I asked if she had it in grey she yes and she said yes but it didn't have the leather patches on it, told ok that was fine I paid half there and the other half when they delivered it they dropped off the boxes was the wrong one I call them and he told me I would have to talk to the lady that I delt with the owner would even talk to me this was Monday evening so I called and spoke to the lady and basically called me a liar saying that that's what I ordered and that I never she never asked her about the other one. My belief is that they are a bunch of crooks.

Should've yelped them first. The Delivery came in late, the couches we ordered look like it was squished on one side, and they even left a mess. They were even planning to not put the couches together when they dropped it off. The delivery man even had the audacity to ask for a tip. They didn't even placed the couches on the spot that they asked in the beginning.AVOID THIS PLACE

The bed broke within a few months of sleeping. It's not fully stuffed so the middle of the bed is actually empty, creating a hole in the bed, even for someone who weighs less than 90 pounds.
