Terrible service . They have closed 3 self service lanes and the others, they limited it to 10 items or fewer . The other line are long and when asked the employee . Her response was" company policy" ridiculous

This Walmart is sub-par. The workers run around not trying to help you. Everyone is pushing pallet jacks down the aisle. I'm in here at 9 pm self checks are closed and there's a few lines with over 15 people in each one. I will avoid!!

This store has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The new policy for self check is terrible. Today at 10;30 no self check lines were open. Store has been poorly run for years. Now it is even worse. Employees are rude and could care less about the customer experience. I will no longer shop at this store.

This location san jose store #5884 was always mediocre but has gone downhill fast. The store clogs the aisles during prime shopping hours with pallets & ppl stocking despite not being 24hrs to allow them to stock at night. The selection of products is mediocre at best. They have decided that ALL of their self check out are 10 item or less and have a staff member "bouncing" at the area entrance literally grabbing and pushing customers away if they think they have over 10 items. Have personally seen a staff member push an elderly woman's cart almost making her fall because she had 12 items. The new policy is ableist and is a reverse of progress. The lines for the 2 now mandatory manned check out lanes are nearly to the back of the store, rampant with ppl trying to cut and further clogging the aisles. The person at the door who's supposed to be checking receipts is usually chatting to another staffer or zoned out. The 10 items of less are supposed to prevent theft. If that is the case, why do they have the non working person at the door not checking receipts? Overall, it has gotten worse and needs new policy and better staff and a fired manager.

I was shopping with my daughter and the store employees were setting toys aside as they were putting them on the shelf. I asked the employee if my daughter could look at the toys they said no and took it to the back. Walmart should audit the employees as they are blatantly taking toys on the clock.

Your employees are on the clock picking out which toys they want to purchase for resale and keep in the back. The community has flagged this multiple times with management, but they seem to be in on it as there is a lot of profit to be made with rare toys.

This Walmart has given up on customers and customer service, and the staff are incredibly rude. They have closed check out lines and want everyone to self checkout even though there is not enough counter space to hold your items in the self checkout. Saving grace is the curbside pickup.

Came in today, the people were rude and not helpful. I had some questions, nothing got answered. I ended up leaving with dissapointment. The service is seriously lacking here

Went to self checkout and it didn't let me scan a few items an associate came by and just swiped his card and left as I was leaving I got flagged for theft and when I stated I will pay for the items they turned me down and said I can never shop at that location
