Well at first it's very pleasant when you get greeted at the door. Then as you make your way around all the stuff that's cluttered in the hallways that's supposed to be on the shelf things are organized and labeled conveniently. However there is a discrepancy or misunderstanding on who opens the locked cabinets for the customers. At least there's a happy ending, especially when Ron the register host aims you towards a empty and waiting register. I in a few other people I know live on the other side of the fence that separates the apartment complexes and the store. It would be nice if there was a pedestrian gate on the left side of the parking lot. It would probably free up a lot of traffic and give you more business

People keep stealing carts and very busy. Good overall as you would expect from Walmart. Expect to wait for carts and in line if after working hours. Clean store.

I am going to start by saying that I actually really like Walmart. I have several stores in my area and shop there regularly. I visiting my parents for a month while my dad is recovering from surgery so I found myself here…never to return if I ever even get to leave.First stop, photo center. The item I custom ordered 3 weeks ago was supposed to be ready five days ago…no text or email that it was ready but also nothing about being delayed. Not only is it not here but I was told they can’t even find it in their system…even though I had the email with the confirmation number…and now I have to call an 800 number because it says the order can’t be canceled once it is in progress but I have to find another solution since it’s for a birthday tomorrow.Second item on my list…a pulse oximeter. There were 3 $15 options shown as in stock on the website…but no one could find any of them.Next few items were in grocery…two things I buy every week at my Walmart (one that is Great Value brand) and they didn’t have either one. The grocery section is SMALL and very limited. Last grocery item was ice cream for my dad…and that’s when I got in line to leave to go to Lucky or Safeway. The ice cream aisle was absolutely disgusting…like no one has cleaned or stocked or even looked at in weeks. Cartons were sticky, bent/opened and extremely freezer burned.And I wrote most of this while in line…

Better than expected. Everything I needed was in stock. It was clean and the customers weren't dirt bags. Also, I wasn't accosted by illegal home made Tamales vendors in the parking lot and that fact alone made ot worth the trip.

Terribly organized, couldn't find anything, shelves were poorly stocked, and all the employees looked miserable. Also, nothing was any cheaper than our local Target. Truly there were no redeeming qualities - avoid at all costs.

Many good items found at this Walmart. But, the customers are not pleasant to deal with.I will say the employees are top notch and are always ready to help. This a toss up....to go or go somewhere else. The main point for me going is groceries and the good prices for them.

A store to avoid. Getting in and out of the parking lot entrance is most always a hassle. The shopping isles in the store are too narrow and cramped. Two customers with carts going opposite directions down any isle will have to run into something too pass each other. The shelves are always missing something. 30% of the shelves are always empty. The management of the store should be changed ASAP. edit 6/25/22 still the worst Walmart I have ever seen. Always check your receipt from this store. I have caught overcharging mistakes about 20% of the time in this place.edit 8/4/22 always empty shelves

Ordered for grocery delivery multiple times. Although I have experienced some issues previously (missing items, items on or past expiration date, totally missed delivery even though charged for it) those problems I have reported (& I don't report the low dollar issues) have been courteously handled by the Wal-Mart corporate customer service line or chat line. As was this one today. I would say that perhaps 10% of my deliveries have had problems and mostly small issues quickly fixed. Today's experience was unbelievable. 16 items were missing. No kidding. Almost $100 worth of items missing. Mostly meats and other refrigerated items. Here's my issue: although I tried numerous times to contact the actual store since the problematic delivery occurred at 11:39am today, NOBODY EVER ANSWERED. After cycling through the phone menu, the line would ring and ring and ring and ring and......then finally would disconnect. I finally gave up a few minutes ago. Funny thing is, I was told by corp customer service that this was the only way to let the manager know what happened so that he can 1) check for the missing items since it was likely the bags were missed by Walmart staff when connecting with the delivery service and 2) you cannot fix a broken process when you are unaware of the problem. If you refuse to answer your phones, does that mean you really don't care? Sure seems like it. As a 20-year veteran of customer service management, I CANNOT IMAGINE not answering your phone. It's like a basic tenet of the industry. Well, since I did not receive what I had planned for dinner tonight and this week & no time to defrost something, McD's it is. Sigh.

They have a big produce section! I usually get the salads or wraps here cuz they're yummy & less than $5 each. Lots of Best Buy employees buy their lunch here too.I wish they also carry the Dunkin Donuts coffee in bottles here.

Everything was great until we got home and realized we forgot a bag at check out. I called the store’s number, all extensions, pharmacy, and photo center - I was not able to talk to a single person :(. Walmart is great as long as nothing goes wrong. Need to return something? Good luck. Left something at check out? Too bad. Just glad it was $30 worth of stuff and not more of a loss.

This place is the most unorganized and disgusting place you can go to, customer service is not there, I asked two workers if I could check out the card section, they said one second then proceeds to make us wait 20 minutes and don’t even allow us to go in, Such good customer service. 1/10 stars Would not recommend.

This is the closest one to me and I do like the fact that most of the staff does try to assist you. This is definitely a self service store that recently has had some stock issues. Yes, we also compete in the aisles with the "order and pickup" staff pulling orders but don't be afraid to grab your produce and get out of their way.I love the fried chicken Walmart offers but in two short months prices jumped from the $6 area up to $9 plus bucks (ouch).Bottom line is this is a great store and despite raising prices and an occasional bare shelf, I will continue to shop there.

Walmart is a place with wide variety of things reasonably priced. I could buy some good quality casual footwear and shoes at good price.Even Art material I could find with reasonable pricing. However, some of the racks are empty.A leisurely visit is worth it.

What do like about this location is the wider selection of Food. And they have Drugstore section. I came here today for 1 item only today and it was not in stock: ORGANIC VALLEY GALLON 2% MILK, It Is My Favorite. I thought for Sure I would find But NO. I won't both again for just Milk. Almaden Expwy location is usual go to. They have been Totally Out more times than having Any ORGANIC VALLEY- And I had Not Ever Seen Gallon Size ORGANIC VALLEY Not Been Happy About That Either. I Wish Someone Actually READS This Post About have stock of ORGANIC VALLEY MILK 2% GALLON Size, I am Sure I am Not the Only Customer who would buy GALLON size 2% ORGANIC VALLEY MILK.

I am trying to order a cake, and this location only allows phone orders. Well how am I supposed to place an order if no one picks up? I've called the bakery directly and the general store number. For 2 days now! If you don't want to answer the phone, then make your location available for online ordering. GEEZE!
