Ordered online, and I was a little worried. But the Cupcake Cake was delicious. And the price wasn't too bad

Huge store. Easy to read prices and signs. Not as many choices as Safeway..

I've never been to this Walmart before. It as very clean and well stocked. I had an online order to pickup and didn't know where to go once I was inside. A very friendly staff member answered my questions, directed me where to go and was very nice! I got my order quickly and was on my way home in no time at all.

I love the convenience of shopping online for groceries and just picking them up by going to the back of the store, pull in a pickup parking lot and having the groceries laded in the back of my SUV. I probably appreciate it more than most because it is so painful to walk around any store t shop. But I believe it is one of the best options for anyone with or without any disabilities. Try it you're bound to appreciate the time savings. Thank you very much Walmart!

Good place but they need to really enforce their rules for online pick-up. Horrible to see people getting out their car and with no mask to talk to the employees instead of checking in and end up getting their order before the people waiting that have been there a while checked in. Why have rules posted if you're not going to enforce it with the customers. You need to keep your employees safe. Especially if they're standing next to the employee while loading the groceries. Might as well load it themselves and stay away from the employee.

It's amazing that they are open so late, but they keep changing the location of items and it's annoying to have to find things.1. Great fruit and veggie assortment2. I like the arts n crafts area3. They have a nice selection of seasonal stuff!

As everyone knows it has a large parking lot with easy access. The store had a very large selection of items ranging from food to clothes and electronics. Has some automotive stuff. Large staff and fast service at checkout.

Great store but very poor communication. On the last two occasions that I came here the staff were very helpful who are walking around the store pointing out isles for items but when it came time to check out there were no bags. You would think they would let people know that coming into the store. Several people brought what look like close to $100 worth of groceries or more and we all were stumped as to what to do when we found out they had no bags. So we ended up purchasing 10 or 15 $1 bags just to get my groceries home

The store itself was fine but, being a nurse I have an issue with their covid entering the store procedure for customers to enter. Why would you have people to walk all the way across to one side then walk back across to the other side to enter. So, they take their germs in a pattern of a backwards "7", across the parking lot, then the front of the store...just not good control of the germ drop offs. There's no good reason to walk along the front of the store, other than extra steps.Other than that the staff of the health & beauty care station is amazing very helpful and friendly

I shopped at Walmart for many years, and usually could find anything I wanted. For the last couple of years, I only go if I cannot find what I am looking for anywhere else. The reason is the lack of check out lanes with a live person working the cash register. This seems to be the same problem no matter where the store is located. I went to a Walmart in North Myrtle Beach, S.C.-where there was only one live-person register open--with at least ten people waiting in line. After waiting in line for ten or fifteen minutes, I was approached by a store employee who offered to help me check out at one of the registers needing a credit card--but I wanted to pay cash--so they could not help me. I have had the same problem at my closest stores to my main residence in R.I. I went to one store and noticed a cart loaded with a good $300. worth of goods(included fresh meat) which had a big note saying they were not going to wait in line for a half hour to check out, because only 2 out of about 20 registers were open that was staffed by a live person. I made a mental note to myself regarding purchasing refrigerated items after I saw that. Good luck running your business this way--it seems to be working just great!

I bought a pair of earrings and was leaving when the greeter at the door wanted to scan my receipt and the earrings. She dropped them and part of it broke off, so she told me I could go back to the jewelry department and switch it for another pair. When I went back they didn't have another pair of the same style and I didn't like any of the other earrings available so I asked if I could return the item. The woman who was at the cashier told me that I would have to go to customer service to return it, but when I went to customer service they told me that they couldn't do jewelry returns and I would have to go back to the jewelry department. Mind you the jewelry department and customers service are on the opposite ends of the store. When I get there the same cashier tells me that she can't do the returns at her register and that I have to wait at the other register in the jewelry department. I waited there for about 15 minutes until the department manager finally shows up and she has to call somebody to come over to show her how to do the return. It ends up being the same woman from customer service that comes over and shows the department MANAGER how to do the return. Very unsatisfied with the poor customer service. I remember why I don't go to Walmart anymore.

I went there to buy a headlight. Not only is locked up like it's a 100.00 item but the little button your supposed to push to get someone to help you Nobody answered. I was waiting for like 25 minutes and another guy just left who was there before me. I understand this is a big store but having a signal to notify someone you need help should be answered. I should not have to track someone done who also does not have a key for the 13.88 dollar headlight case. I just think as big as this store is they should pay attention more to the service aspect rather then collecting our money. We all work hard to buy the things we need but if you have loss prevention, cameras and actively watching employees you would not have theft in a place like this. Just saying other Walmart's I can get in and out and get better assistance but I guess this store is a product of the location.
