I just started taking a new medication with my doctor yesterday. I had forgot to ask the pharmacist a question about medication interaction. This morning I couldn't call since they were still closed. So I tried calling my local Walgreens pharmacy but they were no longer 24hrs anymore. So I called one that was and happened to be in San Jose that I've been to a while back. I was put on hold for 5-6 mins and then when someone in the pharmacy answered she said I would need to ask the pharmacist. She asked for my birthday , I explained I didn't get my prescription here that I only needed to ask the pharmacist a question, which I've always been able to do at any pharmacy I might add. I've never been told they can't help me like I was told and that I should call my own pharmacy i went too. I said no I just had a quick question. So I was put back on hold and remained on hold for now 30minutes!! Off and on and continued to sound like I was just continuously put back on hold through out this whole phone call. I was told they were busy once or twice and to keep holding. Nobody ever came back and then I was eventually hung up on at the end. I called back, asked to speak to the manager and he was very nice but he put me back in hold to the pharmacy, but I still remained to be on hold and no one answered. I will not shop at this store anymore. I used to be a frequent customer here and shopped here all the time when i lived in this area and still do when I'm at my office working down the street. I didn't like how I was treated and continually made sound like I was not important from the Pharmacy department. I will be letting my other friends and family that do live in this area to not shop here anymore and how horrible the service and experience was!!!

Rude. I work in retail so I know what it means to have to deal with "dumb questions." Woman on the phone with foreign accent immediately met me with disrespect after 1 simple question. Don't go here if you need photos developed. I'll just do my business elsewhere than deal with the unpleasantness. (In case a manager sees it's Saturday april 27th at 6:40pm, teach your employees how to act or get new ones)

Placed an online order and was sent an email saying it was delayed. Decided to call the store after almost two hours and spoke to a male employee that said he would fill the order, and to come on in. Five minutes later I received a text saying the order was canceled. Very unprofessional and wasted two hours of my time. I wish they would have cancelled the order during the first hour so i could have made other arrangements.

The pharmacy is good about 1% of the time. There are literally only two people who work there that know what they're doing. My husband insists on going here for his multiple medications because he is scared is he changes pharmacies something will get messed up. Well, guess what. Something is always messed up here. Today the "system was down" and we could not get a new prescription. Usually I would say no problem I'll come back, but I waited to come late to avoid the horrific lines and I could not come back even later or the next day. The manager did not handle the situation well and argued with me instead. Totally missing the issue and not providing any viable options. I figured it out myself and chose the same day delivery option, which will be tomorrow, but as long as I don't have to go back and wait in those lines I'm good.

Great customer service in the photo department! The young lady with glasses that helped me was awesome. I went to 3 different places for my baby's passport photo and one of them got rejected at the appt. If you need a baby passport photo, this is the place to go. They lay her on a flat white sheet of paper, take the picture and have it ready in 5min! It came out perfect. Great customer service, will tell my mommy friends.

I was here to pick up photos and (I think his name was) Eric took his time to work with me and help me figure out how to make the picture fit perfectly since I was doing it as a gift! We kept having issues with the format of the photo because of how it was taken, but he was able to make everything work out just perfect and he was such a friendly and nice guy which made the experience super super amazing! if you need photos or anything from the store, I would definitely recommend it since I had such an amazing experience at this location!! This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had at a store and a huge thank you for such a pleasant experience!

This pharmacy is absolutely dysfunctional. This specific location in particular. I've had great experiences with all the other locations throughout the Santa Clara Valley but this pharmacist and crew absolutely takes the cake! They just convinced me after 20 years of being a loyal customer to go across the street to CVS. Even Rite-Aid keeps their marbles straight. Not THIS Walgreens ESPECIALLY the night crew there! Do yourself a favor and leave them while you can. Don't waste 20 loyal years of HARD time like I did convincing yourself that they can do better. When the power went out from this last storm, IT JUST FIGURES THAT THEY WERE THE ONLY PHARMACY IN THE AREA TO SHUT DOWN FOR 4 DAYS! No back up generators guys?! LOL!!! It's like a circus there all the time !!I get a good laugh at least every visit ...

They are so busy and it took them over 6 hours to fill medications that came from ER. Don't go there at night because they are 24 hours! Just wait till the next day for your regular pharmacy!

I am done taking chances on having my prescription sent to this pharmacy. The drive-up window, late hours, and proximity to my house are useless when the staff and/or management are so abysmally ineffective. Yesterday was my first time trying this location in several years. The last time, they had filled only half of my daughter's antibiotic prescription because they didn't have enough for the whole thing. They told me to return a few days later for the rest of it at 2pm. That was when the first bottle would just be emptied. I showed up promptly at 2pm that day (interrupting work to get there), upon which they told me to come back the next day because they still didn't have it. Hello?? They of all people should know that you're not supposed to skip doses of an antibiotic!! I had to call corporate and wait on hold for close to an hour to talk to someone who finally lit a fire under their rear-ends and got the prescription filled before the next dose was more than a few hours late. They just don't give a flying f about people needing medication. They should have either asked me to use a different pharmacy for the prescription in the first place or ordered some from another Walgreens knowing there was an urgency and an obligation to deliver the rest of the prescription once they took responsibility for it by fulfilling half of it and making it impossible for me to take it to a different pharmacy. Now yesterday, I had an urgent need for medication before a medical procedure and my doctor told them this. They accepted the prescription but then said to me when I arrived that it would take 3 hours to fill it!! Which would be half an hour after my procedure was scheduled to start! I let the pharm asst know that I was supposed to take it in one hour from then, per the doctor. She said they could expedite and to come back in 15 minutes. I came back in 15 minutes and was just told that the pharmacist couldn't do it and wouldn't be ready for another 2.5 hours. That's an insane amount of time to fill a prescription. Every other place takes 10-15 minutes after you drop it off at the window or your doctor calls in. I ended up using an old, expired similar medication that I already had for a sedative so that I could endure the medical procedure on my eye. Luckily it worked well enough. This pharmacy is completely useless. The people who run it are both heartless and brainless. Do not bother with it. They will take years off of your life with needless stress.

Went to this location around 9:50 pm for a passport photo since the location is 24/7. When we asked for a picture to be taken, the person at the counter started saying “No, no, no”, so we asked what time do they normally close and he responds “right now! Starting right now!”. I don’t think there was a need to be so agitated, a simple “no, we are closed” would have sufficed.Obviously, never going back. Many other pharmacies in the area.

Robert the shift lead at nights I'm assuming since I came on Christmas at 9pm was great super helpful! And very sweet! Walgreens needs more employees like him !

Called the staff ahead of time. The female said they won't be going on lunch when I asked her on the phone. Are they going on lunch today? I asked her for a time they will be going on lunch and she told me they won't be going or closing the store again for lunch. soon as I get there there's a sign saying closed for lunch. My guess the female worker on the phone was the girl with a bleached red hair the way she looked at customers mind you me and three other customers waiting outside the door while there is about 20 cars in the parking lot waiting also. We don't look dangerous or anything. We look like working people waiting outside why she can't even open the door and tell us that they don't plan on opening for the day!! She is staring at us while we're outside with a laughing grin on her face stocking up the aisle. Let's just say they're really was a incident that went on. Why would you have customers waiting outside if there is something so dangerous out there. This place is a huge liability!! Next time don't say that you guys are not going on lunch then they had going out on lunch sign From 1 AM until was 2:15 AM and no one ever came back from lunch. A security patrol guard came up, saying they won't be opening because something happened to them but I doubt it because I went to the next store 24 hour CVS and they had the same out on lunch sign on their door too. Just go find a job somewhere else if you don't like your job! Was supposed to do last minute shopping this place is a joke. Bad bs customer service!!
