Use Walgreens for their 24 hour pharmacy. Very.... Very convenient. I use the drive through... Fast and easy. Staff is always helpful... Inside as well as drive through. Please support this neighborhood Walgreens.

Worst experience with this pharmacy. I've been waiting 2 weeks for medication I have to take weekly, they dont have a pharmacy manager, the store manager keeps giving excuses as to why they didn't fill it amd refused to do anything to help me. The pharmacy techs put you on hold before they even hear what you have to say. Overall the entire pharmacy needs to improve their customer service and help patients

They are so slow!!!! The only time I don’t wait i at least 5 minutes to pick up a prescription is if there is nobody in line. Today I’m waiting 10 minutes and nobody is moving. 4 people in front of me. They do at least let me know by text when my prescription is ready. I posted this with 3 stars but They lose a star every 10 minutes I wait with no movement.

I started having my prescriptions sent to this pharmacy, first of all the male pharmacy tech is INCREDIBLY RUDE and makes me feel like I've inconvenienced him terribly just by being there. Second of all, they NEVER have my full prescription in stock and usually split in half, making me pay for the full price for both halves, doesn't make sense. Because the rx is never in stock I spend a week a month trying to get my full month's prescription, just jumping through hoops because they aren't prepared.

Always understaffed, 1/2 the staff is super rude and they will NEVER answer the phone. On hold for 20 minutes and then it hung up on me. Terrible service. No wonder you’re closing stores. Bad customer service equals no customers. And you have the audacity to constantly harass me about autofills!!!!! You need to rethink your business model. Just look at the other reviews!!!!

Don’t count on being able to purchase the product you want. Loads of stock is locked.
It’s understaffed so bad it’s hard to get staple items unlocked. Waited 10 min after requesting service. Then asked someone. They still couldn’t unlock the products. No sale.

I just came to buy some stuff that was on sale and as usual, I got fast service from a checker named dawn. I need to have things rang up on separate receipts and she was very helpful and also let me use a special card so I could take the sodas to my car instead of having to carry them one by one

There is a unprofessional and very lazy casher lady (day) she is the only one sitting grabs my products with a stick when I ask for a bag she tossed the bag so I can bag my own
I really don't know how she is still working there. When I do see her I will leave come back another time
She makes it hard to shop there

the Walgreens itself is fine, always stocked , and the makeup lady is super nice and helpful with suggestions. However, there's this one cashier , Anastasia, who makes me want to walk over to the 7-11 across the street instead. She gets over familiar with the customers and pushes the Walgreens card too much, it makes you uncomfortable. She says things like "you have your reasons not to have the card, don't know why" in a condescending way. She needs to be checked, not all customers want you to be over friendly.

Pharmacy is not good at planning. Prescriptions filled at 2pm, was asked to come back in 30-60 mins. Wasn't ready until 7:30pm because of a backlog. Get more pharmacists or route folks to other pharmacies instead of misleading patients. Ditched walgreens and will be getting my prescriptions sent elsewhere.

I am a regular customer of Walgreens on Kooser Road in San Jose, California. This particular Saturday, January 20, I was shopping for some cosmetic items. I asked a Walgreens associate where I could find an item I was looking for. They told me to find Van, the woman who works the beauty and cosmetics area. Van happened to be working with another customer. I noticed how courteous and kind she was toward the customer. After she finished with the customer, I asked if she could help me find a particular product. She took me straight to the exact product I was looking for. Van is professional, patient, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the Walgreens store. I appreciate employees like Van who take the time to make my Walgreens experience a pleasant one.

Waited 20minutes for help getting into a locked case, pressed the help button 3 times and asked the cashier for help... She called for customer service and yet again nobody showed. Had to leave without what I needed ?
