all the pharmacy items (OTC) were at least $4 - $5 more than everywhere else! Safeway still mark up their prices and they were cheaper than here lol

While looking for my item, employee Cierra helped me find it, she also checked me out with THE best customer service I've had there in 15 years. I fell in love with her, she's young and I'm an elderly woman. Her customer service set the tone for my entire day. Great job!
Since this visit a month ago, I returned on 2/20/25, only to find the young lady cierra, I praised is no longer there! I also found out that they are now on my list to protest. I began grabbing a few items, for my last time. Cashier Jocelyn was helpful, until a couple walked in? She became cold, unwelcoming, looking at me with disgust? Since I'm used to this, I kept my smile while looking for her name tag. She saw it too and switched up to being over-helpful? That's too bad 👎

Extremely satisfied with the service I get from the photo department. The manager Mike was extremely helpful and I am 100% satisfied with the assistance I received. Awesome work

I had an extremely unpleasant experience at this store. The manager and employee were incredibly rude and even told me to ‘get out’ in a harsh and disrespectful tone. I’ve never been treated this way by any store manager before. I strongly advise others to avoid this place due to the unprofessional and unacceptable behavior.

It was not professional not customer service at all asking for some make up never nobody show up the lady was sitting by the register when we told her nobody show up she told us never come back this happened the one on saratoga.

It took more than 10 days for Walgreens to tell me that they do not stock the medicine my kid was prescribed. I had to transfer the medication to CVS on urgent basis to get it in time. Absolutely ridiculous!

Still waiting for my prescription. It's been delayed twice. I drove to the store, waited 20 minutes and asked them what the deal is with my prescription.I gave them my insurance card and after they entered my card's info, they told me to wait until tomorrow to pick it up.Fast forward to today and I got another "delayed" message. I cannot check the website and calling the pharmacy takes hours. I am about to give up.

They swapped my body wash. I ordered online with a similar brand item even though they had the one I wanted in the back refused to do even exchange without affecting rewards and coupons since i did PayPal purchase. What is wrong with their policy. They can't even use common sense. Made me mad enough to write a review. Bad corporate policies, I don't blame the cashier otherwise. Horrible corporate management.
