Pharmacy - It's Tuesday 3/5 time 7:18 PM now . Whatever lady is working the pharmacy at the moment or on shift. I have to say the story my husband gave me 10 minutes ago when you came home is actually disappointing. Sounds like you have no compassion for patients or people. You told my husband was wasting your time. You also apparently had a patient as a costumer and you instructed him to go to the ER and when he asked you "where the ER" is, you apparently said "idk google it". I understand the pressure from doctors, doctor offices, hospital and even patient demand but the lack of ethic and lack of self awareness of your own demeanor is beyond me. If you are understaffed, underpaid or whatever is making you continue to act this way, take it up with your manager not on patients or customers.

Ok so this review has been a long time coming. I've come here for the past three years for my parents prescriptions. Prior to the time I started to take care of them. my mother would come here with my dad to get his prescriptions and she would always come home stressed out and upset because the customer service was horrible and they never had the medication ready. They are senior citizens. My mother is almost 80 Actually, my father just passed away. He had cancer so she was the one that would take care of him before I stepped in. I always thought that it was strange that my mother was always upset. Every time she came back from Walgreens and my mom is a very calm person so I didn't understand until I started coming for them. The service is horrible. Everybody is so mean and ugly to us. It's very slow. and heaven forbid that the prescription is not ready because then it somehow becomes my fault and I've been yelled at here so many times. I'm actually here right now waiting for my vaccine which I had an appointment for at 11. It's 1118 they're running late and this guy is blaming it on me. His name is CHOUNG. He is saying that it got late because I was asking a lot of questions he did not even answer my questions. This is not the first time he's been rude to me. He's rude to me every single time it's not my fault that he doesn't like his job or whatever the issue is. Also, I'm looking to get the name of the other person that was really rude to me a while back she yelled at me in the drive through area she asked me to go around again because my prescription wasn't ready and I didn't want to go around again because it was a lot of people and she started yelling at me really bad and saying this isn't a fast food dose it look like I'm flipping hamburgers I mean what the hell. And then there was another lady dealing with customers inside the store and I heard clearly when a customer asked her what was going on and she begin talking about my situation saying all these things and I'm like that's a HIPAA violation. I went to the manager. She said that she will talk to them and then another time that I came after that so many of them or just like staring at me and they refuse to come to the window and so they had someone else come and that's not OK they need to apologize and so I spoke to The manager again asking her for a corporate number and then she said to me what do you want me to do? I've already spoken to them to the employees that had been rude. I said nothing to her. I just said whatever give me the number she gave me the number I since called twice, have gotten no response back, but I will be calling again, this is unacceptable. Especially the HIPAA violation and I am going to get the names of those other two women that one that did the HIPAA violation and the one that yelled at me about not being fast food place this is not OK. My mom is almost 80 years old. She was coming over here and everybody's being rude to her as it is. People are always sick when they get here so this is not acceptable.. unfortunately, I have to keep coming here because it's the one closest to my house that the insurance covers. I am very very upset and very concerned about the treatment that people get here and as I said before, these people are elderly most of them if not elderly they're sick if not both this behavior toward the patient because we're not customers we are parents is not OK not OK at all. I hope to get a response at least from here and I hope that corporate comes down on them to tell you the truth I believe that the ones that were so rude can be reprimanded, but the person that violated the HIPAA should be fired.

The lines are always long in the middle of the day and they never open a 2nd register when the lines get long. ideally they would have enough staff scheduled on a Saturday afternoon to cover 2 registers if it gets busy. The makeup section is pretty much empty. Everything is out of stock

This Walgreens pharmacy is horrible. I’ve been picking up medication from this same location for 3 years, my son is epileptic & he RELIES on his medication to keep him safe & numerous times this pharmacy turns me away when I come in for pick up telling me to “call my insurance”, “take it up with my insurance” because they cannot find his name in there system. Mind you, Each and every time I call my insurance there are NO issues on their end, it’s always the pharmacy who are MISSPELLING my sons name. At some point I became so frustrated with this happening month after month. This being the 5th month they’ve done this, I told the lady that they really need to be more accountable with accurately looking up names in the system before they send people away, the pharmacist lady responded with “No you really need to listen when you’re giving your information” blaming. Me when she did not verify that she was completely missing my sons last name instead she was entering in a completely different last name & had the nerve to blame me for her not knowing how to do her job. How hard is it to double check spelling before you turn someone away when they need their medication. She was a Terrible woman who clearly hates her job but she’s not the only one who’s done this.

Pharmacy's is rude and terrible. Wait times are forever, they put you on hold and hang up on you . I had a prescription for an opiate for surgery and they refused to fill it. Unprofessional!

I was on hold for 40 mins with the pharmacy. Someone picked up and said hold on, they never give you a chance to say anything before placing you on hold. I waited another 10 mins, the phone just rang before hanging up on me. Called back and again more than 3 callers ahead of me, of course. They are ALWAYS running behind, and so rude. If you need your prescriptions that same day ( sick kids or just anything) DO NOT count on them to have it until the next day. I should note drive-through isn't any better it takes 30 mins or more for each car at minimum. Even then if you get there 10-15 mins before the break time they won't acknowledge you and when they do they will tell you to come back at it's now break time. Ridiculous.

If I can find a zero star, I would give to this place. Called and waited for 20 minutes complaint with the technician and got hang up.

passport pictures This location offers passport pictures which is great because apparently all Walgreens should? but some don't have the camera to. You'll have to at least get 2 pictures for $16 almost $17. Not too bad? The Filipino lady who took our picture was super nice and helped us take our pictures. Didn't catch her name but shout out to her :)
