I'm glad all point atm is not there in that department store any longer because there been thiefs braking stores glass and I do not appreciate crime to happen. It's east now that a thief can follow me and robbed my money best to not try to get pulled a gun to my head, pulling a lot of bills from atm and watching where my money is heading. Just like buying a ps5 and feeling someone is after me. Newsom can always bailed them out. Not so good.

Hi I’m Patricia Brock your neighborhood shopping specialist and community city counsel board member. I was going to pick up my meds And I saw the most disrespectful manager/ employee in my life. I’m a white woman and I never seen racial profiling and discrimination from latinos against black it was awful and painstaking I was so livid I didn’t even get the name of the young Latino manager but she needs to be retrained and reviewed and who ever gave manager position needs to be looked at as well … I’m sure others will read this and know whom is at fault I get bad vibes every time. I go near that walgreens Africa American should be treated with love and respect if non else

The RUDEST so-called supervisor I've ever encountered! Her name is MARIA and she literally pointed her finger at me telling me with a loud voice to wait just because they're very busy and she was the only one who can assist! First of all, I asked nicely for help and inquired how many minutes I should wait and she again said- well, you have to wait! I ended up choosing another item. When I was finally at the counter and asked help from her colleague, she said- don't ring her up! Well, she's been so rude and acted like she owned Walgreens! This definitely is going to reach upper management. Just a piece of advice- don't promote people who doesn't have the right attitude and etiquette to deal with customers! And to the nice young associate at the counter who tried to appease me and told me he knows where I'm coming from- God bless you! He was trying to finish my transaction but the power tripping MARIA kept on telling him not to do it because she's the "Manager"????! Wondering why you still work there with all the customer complaints Walgreens is getting because of you! You should've been FIRED a long time ago!

I bought a target gift card here for baby gender reveal and there was no money in it when the parents of the baby tried to used at target store. I contact the Walgreens customer service 3 times before they sent me an email and suggested me to go back to store to ask for a copy of the receipt because my purchase was still under 90 days but I stopped in the store this evening and the lady there was very rude, very unfriendly and refused to give me a copy of my purchase receipt even though I told her that I received an email from Walgreen(gift card dept). I then asked to speak to supervisor and she claimed she is the supervisor!! The supervisor was a gentleman in store and allowed her to do that and allowed her to walked to the door and yelled F word to the other customer and tell that customer to go apply for welfare. Never walk into this store again!

Horrible customer service at the photo booth. We called before we went in. We were asked to come in after 30 mins, we did as told. A young did not know how to process the photo and we were again asked to wait for 30 mins. We waited outside the store when we went back in they said the photo booth was closed. When we were requesting her to process as we had called and waited, another lady comes in and behaves rudely with us. We we’re really dissatisfied and disappointed with her behavior.

Your store manager has no manners nor customer service skills. I asked politely where to pickup my FedEx package yesterday at 7pm and she just said "our system is down" in a rudest way. Since it's my first time to get a package through Walgreens, I asked if I could speak to their store manager and she bragged " I am the store manager, and I told you that our system is down". I walked a bit since she's getting into my nerves, but she somewhat prevented me from looking around at the store to asked another staff. I asked what time do they close so I could come again and hoping that your store system will back up, she answered "10pm and don't know when our system will be up" in a irritable state. OMG, what's wrong with this lady...I will check again today, hoping Walgreens system will be working properly. Your store manager needs to know what customer service is.

Maria the manager at this location is wonderful, she really deserves a raise, I went in today and was accused by the man up front for stealing batteries however I went to the night shift manager (Maria) and told her about the situation. She went with me to the cashier who accused me and told him I am a regular here for 8 years and he should have not said anything to me. I understand he is doing his job but he did not have to yell in front of many customers. “You didn’t pay for the batteries” I am a Sikh and this is very embarrassing to me to be accused for something I did not do. I am glad I spoke up about this. Maria was certain and she saw the cameras I was honest. Maria made sure the cashier understood his mistake in front of me. This showed me Maria cared for doing the right thing and did not favorite her employees. Wonderful and outstanding job Maria!

I ordered photos online at this Walgreens and picked them up an hour after on Thursday. Everything was fine. I ordered more photos through the website on Friday and got an email that they were printed, so I went to the store to pick them up. An employee at the store came up to me and was extremely rude and told me to leave as the photos place was closed. I nicely requested if it would be possible for her to grab my photos so I could quickly pay as it was for something important. I don’t understand why she could not have just grabbed them if they were already printed, all I had to do was pay. She kept talking to me very rudely and told me that she just got on her shift and that she could not help me. I did not appreciate her rude tone and way of speaking, so I left and decided to come back the next day. I came back again today (Saturday), and she was there again. Once again I explained that my photos were already printed and that I was not able to pick them up the day before but I really needed to today. She immediately told me to leave as she couldn’t get them for me, and I asked if she could just look through them for me. I gave her my name and spelled it out, and she was just glaring at me and saying random names like “are you Tracey or are you John” and made no effort to look at the section of photos for my last name. She once again rudely shut me down without finding my order that was printed and letting me pay. I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with this experience and I hope your employees learn to treat their customers more nicely and with more respect.

Sign on the door that said closed due to staffing shortage. Hire more people Walgreens! I need my prescriptions!Thanks for the owner's response. I understand I can just go to another Walgreens, this one is just walking distance from my house. I hope you can understand my frustration when I walk there and it's already closed by 530pm.

Had one of the worst customer experiences ever at this Walgreens. I placed an order for a simple photo print through the Walgreens app, with a promised pick-up time of 7:25 p.m. on May 23. This was for a very important passport photo with an appointment scheduled for the next morning. When I told the man working behind the counter that I was there to pick up a photo print, the response was so rude and dismissive that I was immediately taken aback. He told me the photo area was "down" and there was no print for me. No explanation, no apology, no email from Walgreens indicating there would be a delay, just a harsh and unfriendly reply from this disgraceful employee. I luckily ordered and received my print elsewhere and will never give my business to this Walgreens again. If you want even passable customer service, go elsewhere. Here all you'll get is a lesson in how NOT to treat customers.

I have been getting my prescriptions here for almost 15 years. I am in a state of disbelief and am disgusted that they have taken this stance against women's reproductive rights. As a result, Tomorrow I am taking the prescription bottles for me and my dogs to my neighborhood Costco pharmacy.

I come here to get my shots and anything to do with the pharmacy. However, this place sucks. I don't understand why would you make an appointment and have to wait. It is pointless to schedule an appointment. You can walk in instead but one time they told my mom they can't take walk-ins. This is stupid in my opinion because they do take walk-ins and if you make an appointment it will take forever until you get what you need. I only come here for my shots and it is closest to me but I don't like this Walgreens

walgreens pharmacist was so rude on the phone . i was just trying to re fill her prescription. and i mean most walgreen's have some good employees and some bad ones though. and dont bother trying to look for the hello kitty stuff here
