Avoid incompetent pharmacy techs that don’t ask for help when they don’t know what they are doing. Erasing a prescription and just saying sorry is not enough when a child is sick and have a small timeframe to provide medication. Not a care in the world. Just kept on counting their pills like usual.

Lined up for 30 minutes for Covid vaccine. Was told to make an appointment. Made an appointment right away at this location on the same day. Lined up again for 30 minutes. Was told they were understaffed and cannot give the vaccine.
