Today I received a text message from this Walgreens pharmacy. I had a question about my prescription to ask them, so I called. After 28 minutes of waiting, my call was hung up (kept hearing "We are sorry ... there are 3 (then 2, then 1) ahead of you," then changed to music, then hung up).
Is this how this Walgreens handles its business? ( The answer may be, "It's the system." Then another question, "Who set up that system, if not Walgreens staff itself?")
If there were a 0 star, I would choose it.

I have been coming across videos of a male worker from this location beating on a female and nobody helping her. How can this store employ such aggressive people like this?? And to find out that the males mother was also outside trying to attack the female is beyond me. Adults should be setting an example for the younger generation but instead they want to act like children. Walgreens needs to do better !!! People can’t even shop peacefully and safely without having to witness such childish behavior.

If I could rate them no stars, I honestly would. Worst Pharmacy service EVER. When in line, it takes forever, and majority of the time they won’t have your prescription ready by the expected time. When in calls, they put you on hold for 30 minutes, and hang up on you when it’s your turn (experienced that two times in one day.) District manager should put more training hours into the pharmacy location. Pick up your prescription somewhere else, it’s not worth the high blood pressure.

This location does not have an ATM machine. I asked the cashier if they had one and he said, "no, we haven't had one for 2 years now".

Today, I approached an employee to request the opening of a locked cabinet to retrieve an item. Later, I learned that he was actually the store manager. Initially, he did not acknowledge my request and simply passed by. I had to ask again, saying, "Can you please send someone to help me here?" In response, he replied with irritation and a raised tone, stating, "I'll be right there." When he eventually arrived, he asked, "What do you need?" I couldn't help but notice his stern expression, so I commented, "You look upset, man." To this, he replied, "I always look like that.
So, what the heck? He genuinely gives off a menacing vibe, seemingly maddogging people. It's extremely unpleasant to encounter this perpetually frowning individual. His lack of manners and a downright lousy attitude make him difficult to tolerate. It's as if he's constantly smelling his own unpleasantness.

Curbside here takes over 20 minutes. I call and call and they just say they'll send someone but they don't.

VERY LONG WAIT TIME AT THE PHARMACY. What should be only a 15min trip, turns into 1+ hour of waiting. This pharmacy is around the corner from my house but I'm going to drive 15-20min to a different one just to avoid this nightmare. A.v.o.i.d. Or bring a 3 course meal with you because you will be here a lonnnnng time.

Pharmacy is a joke. They kept trying to make excuses of why we are waiting over 2 hours for medication. The workers wouldn't help anyone in line but would service other walk up customers who spoke their language. Racist place. I guess we have to be Asian to get customer service and screw anyone else who has been waiting patiently without a fuss till now. Corporate is being contacted and I will not spend any of my money/insurance to fund this place.

Arrived at 2 for my covid and flu vaccine appointment at 2:15, pharmacy didn’t open until 2:30 after pharmacists got back from a late lunch, continued waiting in line, checked in at 2:45, had to wait for manager Marc to input my info until 3, and was told at least another 45min-1hour before they’d be able to give me the shot. So I left! I didn’t want to wait til 4pm for a 2:15 appointment. Definitely will not be back.

You will literary put your life at risk just waiting for them to have your medication ready . The line is long and there is always a delayed . I had to wait 4 days to get my prescription . Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else I live 3 minutes away and I rather drive to a different location.

This pharmacy SUCKS. LONG LINES AND HORRIBLE SERVICE. They are rude and treat their customers very poorly. Do not go to this pharmacy.

DISCRIMINATION EXPERIENCE!!!!!FedEx Ship Center (710 Dado St, San Jose, CA 95131) helped me arrange a package pickup at Walgreens(350 N Capitol Ave San Jose, CA 95133). During this process, I happened to be wearing a mask for personal safety. Upon retrieving my package from Walgreens, I was surprised to receive a notification from FedEx indicating that the package had been delivered and signed for by an individual identified as "C.OVID." As someone of Chinese descent, I couldn't help but interpret this situation as a possible instance of discrimination.
