Rude pharmacist (Phuong) I requested a refill for medications and received an alert that it can't be filled according to the Walgreens website it says need insurance information for my 2 Rx’s. When I called the pharmacist and spoke with Phuong (a Vietnamese man) I asked why you can refill my other Rxs with no problem. Then he said it's not insurance okay there's no refill I need to send a request to your doctor. I told him, according to the website the issue is about my insurance. Hoping next time you guys put the right problem so I can contact the MD ASAP. Phuong said everybody makes mistakes okay. He’s very rude and scary to talk with.

Rude pharmacist kinda scary since they are dealing with medication and you are asking questions about refill request from doctor and he just hangs up. Some Vietnamese man that hates his job. He needs to find a new one.

Definitely not recommend this place. Arrived at the schedule time for my vaccine and it took over 30 mins for them to done my paperwork. And I waited for another half an hour to get vaccinated.

Just picking pictures around 7:30 and Steve Gonzalez was having a bad day. This dude had a tag that he work there since 1992. That's 30 years if your not happy don't work there go somewhere else. That's 30 years of anger. Don't know what his deal is but your attitude got to go. Shortage of staffs or over work. Doesn't matter you don't throw out your anger like that. Never coming back.
