The RUDEST so-called supervisor I've ever encountered! Her name is MARIA and she literally pointed her finger at me telling me with a loud voice to wait just because they're very busy and she was the only one who can assist! First of all, I asked nicely for help and inquired how many minutes I should wait and she again said- well, you have to wait! I ended up choosing another item. When I was finally at the counter and asked help from her colleague, she said- don't ring her up! Well, she's been so rude and acted like she owned Walgreens! This definitely is going to reach upper management. Just a piece of advice- don't promote people who doesn't have the right attitude and etiquette to deal with customers!And to the nice young associate at the counter who tried to appease me and told me he knows where I'm coming from- God bless you! He was trying to finish my transaction but the power tripping MARIA kept on telling him not to do it because she's the "Manager"????! Wondering why you still work there with all the customer complaints Walgreens is getting because of you! You should've been FIRED a long time ago!

I bought a target gift card here for baby gender reveal and there was no money in it when the parents of the baby tried to used at target store. I contact the Walgreens customer service 3 times before they sent me an email and suggested me to go back to store to ask for a copy of the receipt because my purchase was still under 90 days but I stopped in the store this evening and the lady there was very rude, very unfriendly and refused to give me a copy of my purchase receipt even though I told her that I received an email from Walgreen(gift card dept). I then asked to speak to supervisor and she claimed she is the supervisor!! The supervisor was a gentleman in store and allowed her to do that and allowed her to walked to the door and yelled F word to the other customer and tell that customer to go apply for welfare. Never walk into this store again!

Your store manager has no manners nor customer service skills. I asked politely where to pickup my FedEx package yesterday at 7pm and she just said "our system is down" in a rudest way. Since it's my first time to get a package through Walgreens, I asked if I could speak to their store manager and she bragged " I am the store manager, and I told you that our system is down". I walked a bit since she's getting into my nerves, but she somewhat prevented me from looking around at the store to asked another staff. I asked what time do they close so I could come again and hoping that your store system will back up, she answered "10pm and don't know when our system will be up" in a irritable state. OMG, what's wrong with this lady...I will check again today, hoping Walgreens system will be working properly. Your store manager needs to know what customer service is.

MARIA LOPEZ NEEDS TO BE FIRED!!! RUDE! LIAR! How the heck did she become manager?! I literally just left the store and I am furious that people like this exist in the world. I ordered 1 photo print cuz I need it urgently to give to someone who is leaving the country. When I saw Maria in the store, I asked if she can find someone to assist me at the photo center. She immediately told me the photo center is closed and no one can help me. I checked online before I came and it said that the photo center is open 24 hrs. She saw me still sticking around and tried to get rid of me. She kept rudely telling me that no one can help me, they're closed, and they're out of paper. I decided to ask the cashier for directions to another Walgreens and the manager, Maria, rushed over yelling at me and said she already told me no one can help me. I told her I'm just trying to ask for directions and that's when her power trip enlarged as she told me she's the manager so I don't need to talk to anyone else. I told her straight to her bitter face that's she's rude and should be FIRED! She walked away. The young cashier told me it was her last day cuz she could not take working with her manager. Another reason why they're short staffed as well is because no one likes working with Maria. Why the F is Maria still allowed to work there?! She should not be allowed to associate or communicate with customers EVER! Lock this negative person away from society PLEASE! So why is she a LIAR? Cuz the nice cashier went over to the photo printer and saw the photo I ordered. There was paper! Plenty! Maria just did not want to help customers because she's lazy so she lied and said the photo center is closed and out of paper! Walgreens, please get rid of this toxic trash before you lose all your customers. To the young kindhearted cashier who told me I do not need to get her name or give her a good review: Bless you. I believe in Karma and I know good things will definitely come to you. Keep being kind and positive cuz that's exactly what you'll attract. To the RUDE, BITCHY, LYING employee who thinks her title gives her the right to treat people like shit: Karma is a bitch. I know it will bite you in the ass 10x's worst. Good luck!

Had one of the worst customer experiences ever at this Walgreens. I placed an order for a simple photo print through the Walgreens app, with a promised pick-up time of 7:25 p.m. on May 23. This was for a very important passport photo with an appointment scheduled for the next morning. When I told the man working behind the counter that I was there to pick up a photo print, the response was so rude and dismissive that I was immediately taken aback. He told me the photo area was "down" and there was no print for me. No explanation, no apology, no email from Walgreens indicating there would be a delay, just a harsh and unfriendly reply from this disgraceful employee. I luckily ordered and received my print elsewhere and will never give my business to this Walgreens again. If you want even passable customer service, go elsewhere. Here all you'll get is a lesson in how NOT to treat customers.

I don’t know about other Walgreens but this and the South White road Walgreens should take off their photo service . I’ve been here multiple times to take my passport size photo , all i get is nothing but disappointment. There is always some issues either with system or camera. So frustrating.

I come here to get my shots and anything to do with the pharmacy. However, this place sucks. I don't understand why would you make an appointment and have to wait. It is pointless to schedule an appointment. You can walk in instead but one time they told my mom they can't take walk-ins. This is stupid in my opinion because they do take walk-ins and if you make an appointment it will take forever until you get what you need. I only come here for my shots and it is closest to me but I don't like this Walgreens

I don’t know about other Walgreens but this and the South White road Walgreens should take off their photo service . I’ve been here multiple times to take my passport size photo , all i get is nothing but disappointment. There is always some issues either with system or camera. So frustrating.

Walgreen Photo - Bad customer service.On 01/05/2023, I brought my negative film in for developing and photo print. According to the clerk, I they would call me when my order received from a lab. Three weeks after, no one had called. I stopped by to check. One employee said they have not received anything back yet. She gave me Fuji Lab phone number and suggested me to call them. I called, turned out Fuji lab has not received any order under my name. BTW, "I were not supposed to call a lab, it should be a store responsibility " a lab tech said. 02/01/2023, I came back to the store has spoke with the person in-charge, she found out that my envelope was still in the basket and has not even entered the system. She said sorry, and promised to send them out ASAP. As today, 02/14/2023. I still have not heard from Walgreen, then I decided to stop by to double check. My envelope is still sitting in the basket. The clerk said "we still waiting for FedEx shipping label to send out, if I want to wait, or bring it to another Walgreen location which is on White Rd for faster service." I would not recommend using photo service at this location.

Take all of your photo needs somewhere else if you want to ensure they get done - they won't tell you they can't do it until you show up to pick it up! I made an online order for one poster and when i showed up the following day to pick it up. I was told that their equipment was down and that the order couldn't be fulfilled. No one bothered to contact me about this before coming down and the manager saw fit to address me with "what's up?" not once but twice when I addressed her. This is not the first time a Walgreens in this area has failed to have the resources to accomplish very basic photo needs. There are just too many other options out there to be bothered with Walgreens' inconsistency.

I've used their services here for a couple of times and have been pleased with the help from the pharmacist and their team. From my experience, I had shorter wait times on the phone, faster refills, and overall received better service here than the my previous Walgreens pharmacy. It's so hard to find a good pharmacy so I am hoping they will continue to service our community with the same level of care that I received.

Came to get my flu and booster shots here a few days ago, the female pharmacist who immunized me was so kind and gentle. All the staff here are very friendly and helpful. I was greeted when walking in and also when I left.Highly recommend this location!!

Very friendly staff at the pharmacy…. But always a line and one person working the register. Takes forever to pick up prescriptions. Sometimes the line is six people deep or more. ?

Do NOT get your photos printed here. I just had one photo to print and lady said it would be done by the night. I came the next day and it STILL wasn't ready so a different girl told me to come back in 30 minutes. Came back later and it STILL wasn't ready and then told it would be ready in five minutes by some other guy. Literally 20 minutes pass and another 5 minutes is asked. I am so mad because wtf are all these estimates? Such a waste of my time. I am now running late for work and I doubt this review even matters.
