The absolute worst pharmacy in this world. The staff clearly hate their jobs and should not be working in a patient care setting. I’m a nurse and I’ve never been so appalled by the behavior and/or lack of concern these individuals have for their patients. They don’t answer their phone EVER. I finally went to the pharmacy in person after being looped around on the phone for nearly 2 hours. When I got there they were completely rude and acted as if I was a complete inconvenience to them.I worry about individuals who aren’t mobile or can’t drive and have diabetes. How would these folks get their insulin without being able to physically drive there?At the end of the day this pharmacy needs to be shut down. It’s too much of a risk for patients to put their trust in them to fill their prescriptions.

Don’t take vaccine here. I called Thursday to check whether I can hepatitis b here. They said it will be ready Saturday. Then I scheduled an appointment, come in Saturday, wait for 1 hour for their process. Then they told me they still don’t have it. What’s wrong with this pharmacy!

Extremely slow service at the pharmacy, for both prescriptions and immunizations. Had wait 45 minutes for my flu shot, despite being at the counter on time for my 12:30 appointment. We've switched over to the local CVS.

Outrageously unprofessional, slow, rude people in this pharmacy. Genuinely the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. People with no interest in helping, who endanger people’s health by delaying medication and refusing to take any responsibility for their absurd inefficiency. After a SURGERY they delayed my wife’s medication by nearly 24 hours for no reason other than seemingly their disinterest in their customers’ well-being. Someday someone will experience a serious health problem because of these people and I hope they are held accountable. We have lost faith in the entire Walgreens brand because of them.

Was in need of some photographs to be printed and as well get a few passport size photos clicked for myself. Drove down to this Walgreens location and was impressed to say the least.Ample parking spots to park and get in the store. Once inside it took a couple of minutes for me to get my pictures clicked with a couple of folks ahead of me in the line ( who were as well getting passport photos clicked). I informed them about the online request that I had submitted for the other set of pictures that I needed to be printed as well and was told to come back a bit later in the day to collect all do they together.Got back in there a bit later in the day and it was a smooth checkout process to gather my passport size and other pictures that were submitted online to be printed.Quick and easy is how I would like to describe the process and experience in a nutshell.

Many products I wanted were not in stock, available for shipping only, which I don’t want.The link to alert the store I was on my way/or here for curbside orders was not working the last two times I’ve ordered.Strike three, and I’m done.I had to call the store and go through a menu and then listen to store hours and other info before I could speak to an associate to let them know I was there.I hope the link will be operational soon.I am a long time customer of CVS, but began shopping in Walgreens during the pandemic because their curbside was more convenient than CVS.- but I may return to CVS if the convenience and products are no longer available .

Edit:After 5 years of my initial review, I went back to this store for passport photos for my child today since I live in the neighborhood. Amazing that the staff are still rude, no customer service know-how whatsoever. Shocking! Rarely do I encounter such rude behavior from store staff in any other chain. Went out from the store questioning myself why did I come here again. Lowering my score to 1 star.Original review:Some of the staff of general store are not very friendly. They look bored and disinterested. Pharmacy staff more helpful.

I don’t know what happened but the pharmacy really went downhill in the last year or so. The place seems wildly understaffed and what employees are there seem overworked and stretched too thin to do more than try to keep up with the long lines. The line inside often takes 20-30 minutes and the line of cars in the drive thru sometimes stretches into the parking lot. My prescriptions are more likely to be filled late than on time these days. And good luck getting a human on the phone if you have a problem. I’ve used this Walgreens for years but I can’t recommend this place to anyone now.

This is for the pharmacy part. Had my prescription sent here as it is close to my house. Called 3 times each being on hold for over 15 minutes. Finally talked to someone and was told my prescription would be ready at 4:30 I arrive after 5 pm sit in a long line with only one person helping people. Get to the counter to be informed the prescription is not ready and would not be ready for an hour. I then speak to the manager and was informed they are a week behind filling prescription and that I should have never been given a time to pick up my prescription. I leave and then by the time I get home and 20 minutes have past since I left I get a text saying that my prescription is now ready. The manager showed zero care at all in the whole situation. I will never have my prescription sent here again.

Avoid this Pharmacy. They are completely incompetent and rude. I have never seen so many dysfunctional people working together. It’s shocking these people are responsible for giving out prescriptions. Also, if you have your RX on automatic refill it is never ready and has to be ordered because it’s out of stock. What is the point of auto refill??? Total joke!

Worst Pharmacy customer service EVER. Over the past months, I have been forced by having Express Scripts to get prescription through Walgreen or pay a a much higher price through CVS. No matter what day or time, you get stuck on eternal hold for their pharmacy. And that doesn't even tell you how much time I've spent in line resolving issues with them. Please hire more people and figure out a better process. If I could I would fire Walgreens and don't bother having a pharmacy department -only the store itself is decent.. Today, 11/23/22 latest time on the phone, so many calls ahead, then staff finally answer "Please hold" and I got stuck on the staff hold for 10 more time before I gave up and wasted my work break. I would rather go to CVS Pharmacy any day than ever get a prescription through Walgreens EVER again.!

The pharmacy service is an absolute wreck. There is a sign apologizing for the long lines because they are understaffed. I am completely understanding of this & have waited in long lines to pick up prescriptions here before with no complaints. However, with only 1 person available to ring up pharmacy customers they still choose to keep their drive through pickup window open which creates even more delay for the customers waiting inside the store. Furthermore, they call customers who've dropped off prescriptions on the store intercom & those customers walk straight up to the window & are served - after cutting in front of the line of others who have been patiently waiting! After 30 minutes of waiting in line with only ONE person ahead of me (and 6 behind me) I gave up. I spoke to the shift manager about the problem although I doubt anything will be done. I've had my prescriptions filled at this Walgreens location for 7 years & I am switching pharmacies today. No regard for their customer's time or ability to come up with creative solutions to address their staffing issues. I do not recommend this pharmacy.
