VERY LONG WAIT TIME AT THE PHARMACY. What should be only a 15min trip, turns into 1+ hour of waiting. This pharmacy is around the corner from my house but I'm going to drive 15-20min to a different one just to avoid this nightmare. A.v.o.i.d. Or bring a 3 course meal with you because you will be here a lonnnnng time.

Stay away! Terrible, dismissive service at best, negligent and dangerous at worst.TLDR:- Gave me epi pens that expire in 3 months and didn't say anything.- Got patient's birthday wrong.- Wouldn't accept a valid Walmart branded pharmacy coupon.My son was prescribed Auvi-Q Epi Pens for his severe food allergy. We typically expect them to last a year before expiring.Called in to confirm they had medication in stock. Ordered Auvi-Q epi pens for my son. Came in a couple laters after told it's ready. They wouldn't accept a Walgreens branded coupon cause they didn't know how to follow the instructions on the coupon and the manager told me "it's not their job to look up coupons for me". I used a good rx coupon and paid. Then they check for my son's birthday, but realized they wrote down the wrong birthday on their end. I check the package and the pens expire in 3 months. I tell them that's dangerous since most expect these to last a year. Clerk points to some chicken scratch note on the paper bag saying it "Expires in1 /24". It's apparently the only one they have and they never bothered to tell me this on the phone or at time of checkout. Very dangerous if I didn't explicitly check the package and simply put into our emergency kit per usual. Stay away.

STAY OUT OF Refilling your medication here. They only have one tech attending patients. They need to start hiring more personnel!! Cmon Walgreens people on in line with pain and waiting more than 40min to get to the front of the line is ridiculous!!!

This is the 2nd time I've had to use this pharmacy and hopefully the last. I waited in line for 30 minutes to be told my prescription from the emergency room wasn't ready and will be sometime by closing tonight. I waited for hours then called for a status. They now say 1) I don't see a prescription for you then after some more searching she tells me 2) that it's an over the counter prescription! So that means they wasted my time and my patience, If you have a prescription take it anywhere but here.

Worst costumer service at this Walgreens . All the workers are rude . No kinda help . Need new workers . If the workers not happy at they job then find a new job . Kept putting me on hold 4 times . Just needed to transfer my meds I don't see what's too much to do on that part . Dumb ass bitches

On the website its open 24hrs ?? I drove 20+ minutes to get here and its CLOSED! ? I suggest their site NEEDS to be updated with CORRECT info!!

I feel like a broken record. I tried renewing my refills on line. It seemed ok. I had 4 refills left. The next day I get message that there is a problem and call pharmacy. I did. The first time I waited 30 minutes only to have the caller tell me to hold on. Then SHE hung up on me. I tried again only to hang up after 15 minutes. Now I have to go in to store to refill and wait for the prescription. This store needs more competent staff. This story is getting real old. Obviously Walgreen does not listen and take our concerns seriously.

Had to use the bathroom, the men's was out of order and the women's had one working stall. They told me I couldn't go into the women's, even though no one was in there, they refused to let me in. Get with the times and have an all gender bathroom. Also, pay your employees a living wage, because they have no incentive to be kind.

Waiting for over 1 hour to get 1 prescription from the pharmacy is ridiculous. I threw a fit and the wanna be pharmacist finally hurry up. If you sit there and wait. You will never get your medication. Bunch of incompetence workers.

Starting to regret using this place as my prescription pick-up. They NEVER answere the phone. You will be on hold for a half hour and then the line will ring and disconnect. And if there's a problem with your prescription they won't lift a finger to help you resolve. Kinda crazy

DO NOT make any vaccine appointment at this place. There is always only one window open and one single line for everything. It doesn’t matter whether you have an appt or not. Extremely long waiting time. Made mistake twice and will never come again.
