Not everyone, but the main pharmacist and the technician, Chu, are very judgmental and act rude towards me. I'm legally allowed to pick up my schedule III prescription every 28 days but for some reason they harass me about it every.single.time. I work 80 hours a week between school/work/kids so it's not easy for me to get there on some specific days and so I end up picking up on day 28 or 29 bc that's what works with my schedule. Plus I want to leave some room before running out completely. The pharmacist suggested I pick up on the 1st of each month. Being a pharmacist I thought she might be able to do basic math (there are 31 days in some months). I would give this rating a 1 but I'll give it a 2 only bc the girl with the colorful scarves is super sweet and nice to people and non-judgmental. From the web: "although there is no federal law around early refill for controlled substances, there is a general practice known as the 2-day window or the "28 day prescription rule." This means that there must be at least 28 days between refills for a 30 day prescription." So if I follow these rules, why do they insist on being so rude and judgmental each time? I'm in the process of finding a new pharmacy asap!

I booked my vaccination appointment at 11:15am while eventually, I decided to walk out at 11:45am without getting my vaccines. This pharmacy strangely could not find a way to use my Rx prescription card. They called multiple times the Express Scripts (the provider of the Rx card) and they verified my information but not sure what they wanted beyond whatever is already in the prescription card. They asked me also to call the provider and no issue was found from the provider's side. I previously did all my vaccinations and prescriptions at CVS and not sure why this Walgreens branch cannot figure out the way to use the Rx prescription cards.Anyway, during my presence to take my vaccine from 11:15am to 11:45am, I could see that only one person could receive his vaccine successfully while around 10 people were still waiting. This is not acceptable. I took my prior vaccines at CVS without any waiting (multiple branches). There was no line at CVS and all the vaccines were done successfully within the appointment period without any delay.

This is a bad pharmacy. The corporation that owns Walgreens has cut way back on the Pharmacy at Bird and Willow. It is understaffed. Staff has been cut to 3 people. The people work hard and try to serve customers but it is not enough. They can not fill prescriptions on time. I have waited 9 days for a prescription I should to take every day, and they cannot find it anywhere. It takes an hour to get through by phone, with hang ups every 20 minutes. Going to the pharmacy takes more than an hour of waiting. It is often closed for lunch, closes at 6pm and not open on weekends. It used to be a great pharmacy but no more. Walgreens should close this pharmacy or double the staff and treat them better.

The other day I went into Walgreens and when I was checking out I was having some trouble with my card but there was this worker named Manuel he was very patient and had exceptional customer service. !! He made my day a lot brighter there should be workers like him everywhere!!

Steven is the best employee here ! He helped me pick out some nice sunglasses , he recommended stretch mark lotion AND ..sheea butter . He also help me pick out beautiful eyelashes , beauty blender, andddddddd glue for my new lashes! He needs to be promoted asap! No Rocky. Anyone going into the store and wants to talk to the manager just call "Steven" or "Esteban!". He'll be there to help more than the acual manager. Love you dude !

Whoever the new pharmacist is at this location which I've been coming to for 22 years is a joke!!! I recently had a hip surgery and needed my pain medication and had to wait two days for it! Needless to say my following two prescriptions took forever to get filled. I finally got through to an intern that was working there and he said they were short staffed...unbelievable!!!

I have been visiting this store for about 31 years; however, I have to say that over the past year the pharmacy service has deteriorated to a dismal level. Prescriptions take forever to fill and when the manufacturer is changed there is no notice. One time I didn't notice that the tablet dosage changed. I was supposed to be cutting the tablet in half, but no one in the pharmacy notified me of the change in dosage. The line to pick up filled prescriptions can take 20 minutes. What was really annoying was that some guy said he has express pickup and jumped to the front of the line - really annoying. I would think that after coming to the pharmacy for so line, I could have been informed on out to obtain Express pickup. The plexiglass at the counter and masks on employees make it hard to understand them. It seems their prescription volume has significantly expanded over the past year, yet they always seem to have to wait for a shipment to arrive before some of my prescriptions and be filled. These prescriptions are long-term medications, so I would think they would make sure to have enough supply on hand at all times. I guess I would not make a good pharmacist, because I believe is great customer service. Over the past six months, I have seen the pharmacist and the Tech working to fill prescriptions and one sole clerk is serving the customers, even when there are long lines. Is this a rant? Probably. I'm so frustrated, I'm seriously considering moving to Costco or using the prescription service offered by my insurance company. Everything else I might get at this store and also be procured from Amazon. Interestingly, the comment at the bottom of this text box says "This review is looking pretty epic! Nice!" Er, what!

Very bad customer service today. I think all the women working there must have been SYNCRONIZED today! Asked multiple women workers there for assistance, got very b*tchy responses.... i was like wow.... decided to leave.

Constantly understaffed!!! Employees are rude and overworked. Pharmacy is severely understaffed and never has anything ready when they say it will be. Long wait times.
