I had great service at Stevens Creek Volkswagen. Luke Nguyen was on top of his game. Luke was very informative, gave me great advice and offered me a car wash!! In the past I received an reimbursement from a part I thought was warranty expired but wasn't. Thanks to LUKE.

I had a really great experience with Luke Nguyen during my visit at Steven's Creek Volkswagen. His approach was really professional and guided us throughout. Anil

I went to the service because there was a warning that one of my tires was losing pressure. Luke found a nail and repaired the leak in under an hour, I would have been happy driven away right then, end of story. Yet Luke was reading the electronic report of my car, and found an issue which should be fixed asap. Had he not made the extra effort, I would have eventually had a safety problem and most likely after warrenty expired. Now I got it fixed under warrenty with a peace of mind knowing he is looking out for me.

The service department here always goes above and beyond. I've never been disappointed. My current Service advisor Luke does a good job explaining things, is always going out of his way to give me a good experience and always makes me feel like his most important customer. I have managed sales and service people for much of my life and Luke is one of the 20 in the 80/20 rule....

How this is the "# 1 volume Volkswagen Dealership in Northern California" is frankly shocking to me. I have challenged myself over the past 15 years to purchase a car from this dealership and I am 100% happy I did not. Rude, arrogant and an ignorant sales team at this dealership for sure. They play the numbers an expect unaware and/or insecure buyers - period!! My advice - go to Capitol VW DGDG for a COMPLETE different experience from start to finish. In our recent experience we purchased a VW Taos for $2.5k UNDER MSRP, while Stevens Creek VW wanted $3k OVER the MSRP. A $5.5k difference in sales price, not to mention the fact the Capitol VW sellers were real and genuine.

This could/should have been a one star review, but Mo stepped up and saved the day. The brakes on my wife's 2021 Atlas R-Line have been nothing but a problem, and this dealership did nothing to help, until Mo stepped in. On three occasions, we were told the metal on metal grinding was "rust" related, and the rotors just needed cleaning (each time, this worked for 2-3 weeks). Each of these times, we experienced much the same as noted by other customers - zero contact from techs, misinformed that the techs did a road test (this was performed by driving around the block, never at speed) and charged for repairs that were never agreed to. Finally, I spoke directly to the service manager, Mo, who handled things professionally and in a timely manner. He insisted on a drive test at speed, correctly diagnosed that the rotors were shot and needed replacing, and agreed to cover the entire cost. It's been 3 months, and we haven't returned...thanks Mo!

I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau regarding Stevens Creek Volkswagen finance department. Despite several efforts by the BBB to reach Stevens Creek, they never responded. Poor way to conduct business. I hope the manager reads this. Most likely not.

Took our 2014 Touareg in to replace the left brake light bulb and fix a broken windshield wiper hose. They gave us a quote around $1200. I complained and was told that parts and labor were expensive. After watching short YouTube videos I repaired the water hose and changed the light bulb ($4) in only 15 minutes. It makes one question their honesty.

Big thanks to Luke and team for getting my e-golf back up and running! Charging port wasn't working for a minute and giving them all sorts of trouble but they dug in, were extra dedicated and solved the mystery! Best part, Luke was super supportive and communicative throughout the whole process and was able to provide a loaner which saved me a lot of stress and hassle since it was the holidays and busy season at my job. Couldn't be more appreciative to Luke and the team at SC VW!

SCAM SCAM SCAM! Danny Chang is a scamming service advisor! I told him I only wanted to do an oil change, to which he confirmed and made me sign and of course you can only see the signing screen when they hand the mobile device to you. So I trusted Danny since he said we would only do the oil change which would be $65 with the VW service coupon. Danny calls me later that day and tells me my car won't be ready until the next day, which I found weird as it was only an oil change. I confirmed with him that it would only be an oil change and he reassured me that it would only be the oil change but they were very busy that day (Friday). I call Danny the next day and he doesn't pick up the phone until 3:00pm even though the service center closes at 4:30pm on Saturdays. Danny ends up telling me my car is ready and I realize the invoice is $600 after tax. He tells me I signed and confirmed the services and that I have to pay, mind you I had been a trusted and well valued customer for 5+ years at this VW with the service advisor Brian Krop and had only had phenomenal services and experiences with him as my service advisor. I told Danny that his yelp reviews all mention him scamming innocent customers and that I wouldn't be paying for something I never wanted done on my car. He went on to say that I signed and mentioned the building having cameras, in which I responded "that you confirmed with me many times that you're only doing the oil change". I made sure that he took responsibility for his actions and negligence and took care of the extra charges. When I arrived to the dealership my cars bumper was falling off and I made sure he fixed it before I paid which was just the cherry on top of this whole disastrous situation. Danny is a horrible person and service advisor who shouldn't be working with customers especially when he has many reviews of him scamming people.
