Very pricey an not on top with some of the better quality. The owner is relatively friendly an sells the ability of his equipment. For the money can find better and cleaner work in other places.

This place is legit! If you need school uniforms, corporate branded polos, or even just your initials embroidered on your collar, this place gets it DONE! It is in a hidden location off of Highway 87 and Curtner, so I'd rely on Waze or Google Maps to be your guide. It is your typical warehouse/mom & pop shop establishment, so walk in with that expectation. They are not open on the weekends, and they close fairly early during the week. I'd advise calling in beforehand so that you don't walk out empty handed. The owner (Joel) is extremely helpful, and will always provide you with an accurate estimate on cost, as well as turnaround time. I've already purchased about a dozen branded polos. The embroidery and fabric were top notch! I am now a loyal customer! C O N C L U S I O N It is a well ran embroidery shop, that consistently delivers at a very reasonable price!

Went in there to buy my kids uniform, and the guy that was there was super super nice. Where in and out super quick. Very good customer service in my book.

We have been using the services of VIP Embroidery for the past 3 years. All our projects have been produced with high quality, on scheduled and at a competitive cost. The fact that VIP is a locally owned and operated business (San Jose CA) has been an invaluable logistical benefit while allowing us to meet our goal of involving local companies.

I was looking for an embroidery place that would some some corporate clothing with a personalized logo. Instead of choosing a large company with huge advertisements, we wanted to support the local community. We are glad that we chose VIP embroidery. We ordered almost 100 vests and was extremely pleased with the outcome and pricing. Everyone loved it, especially the CEOs. Service: The workers are friendly and helpful. Main type of communication was through e-mail. They were helpful in the design process. They gave several samples and were quick in sending the prototypes. They were also helpful in color options. They listed to what we wanted and delivered when it came to the final product. They did mess up on our order regarding ordering quantities, but they fixed it right away. They didn't even put up a fight or accused us of anything. They were extremely apologetic and wanted to help right away. We enjoyed working with them. There was no charge set-up or digitizing logo fee.

I called this place to ask them about embroidery on some stockings, before giving any information the guy told me they were too busy this time of year for such a small order. I guess you are a VIP only if you have a large order. Skip this place and look somewhere else if you want any professional service.
