I told my gf that as long as I can have access to Amazon while living in Vietnam then I will have it made!! After shipping for a ridiculous price with usps and waiting months for the package to arrive I found Vietair Cargo. The website isn't the best and not everything is translated when translating with Google Chrome but the customer service is amazing. Well atleast from Kheng. Whomever I spoke to yesterday was a rude old lady that hung up on me and kept forwarding my phone calls to voicemail. Im glad I called back 8 times and finally got in touch with Kheng. He is saving this company from losing long term customers who don't want to be disrespected by other rude employees. Other than the lady who I wish I could name, this company has amazing customer service! Fast workers, fast responses, they will even call you!! Fast shipping and reasonable prices. Please improve upon the website. One example is when inputting box dimensions the words are not translated like the rest of the page. And there are a couple more things as well, such as finding your account number. It should be listed under account!
I look forward to doing much more business with you, not the disgruntled female employee!

Be careful when you shipped something easy to break with this company, remember to let them know right away if any breaks or loss and buy insurance to protect , if not they’re don’t pay for any break or loss
This is the TV give to my Father , it is breaking when my Dad received it , but my Dad don’t know and He thing it’s the plastic sticker on the TV to protect the TV, so He’s schedules with the TV Hangers Person to help hanging the TV , When the Hanger TV Persons have time to come doe’s His jobs and He check the TV then He’s let my Dad know the Tv it’s brocket and He’s don’t hanging up
My Dad Contact me and let me know during July-4 Holiday time , I don’t let the Shipping company know right the away because I’m with my Family travel to an other State
When I come back Home I texted the company to let them know problem of the TV I shipped, , and they call me they’re said they’re will check and today they’re call me and said because I let them know too late and I don’t buy Insurance when I ship the TV
So they’re don’t paying for anything
( Just want to let your guys know and be careful with this shipping company )
For me from now on I never come back to Ship anything’s with this Company again

I have tried mailing items to my wife in Vietnam with the USPS and Amazon Global Service, but it was prolonged, and I got stuck in customs for days. I came across VietAirCargo on Reddit and want to give a big shout-out to this company; they are fantastic, and I would recommend

SHOULD BE DECLARING TAX ACCORDING TO THE VALUE OF THE GOODS TO NOT BE HOLDED BY VIETNAM CUSTOMS!
Order #00169553 was delivered to the recipient in Vietnam, no goods were lost.
Service: good, enthusiastic and friendly consultants.
Freight price: stable freight price calculated according to the weight of the goods.
Delivery time: a bit longer than expected, if VAC adds an express delivery service and charges an additional fee, it would be quite good.
Receiving goods: quite careful in delivering goods to people in Vietnam.

The receptionist at the Saigon office repeatedly spoke in a high-pitched and impolite voice to customers. I've used the company's services for the past few years and it's very good, except for the fact that the receptionist talks like punching customers in the ear. Will switch to using another shipping company's shipping service. I don't understand why in the service industry, employees are so rude and help the boss lose customers.

If you send items that were bought from Costco or low price items, then this place is okay. But DONT EVER send valuable items because they would show you their true face as scammers.I sent a guitar to my brother in Vietnam for his birthday. It was custom from a local store with no official receipt and was paid in cash, so when I sent it, I claimed the price to be lower. The process usually would be I send them product, they inspect, verify then ONLY ship when I agree with the final shipping price (because sometime there’re change in weight or actual value). So they know my claiming price was lower than the item’s actual value (I wanted to avoid paying high custom tax fees for goods I paid in cash with no official receipt, so agree that’s my bad).But instead of being a legit business and be straightforward with me, they violated their own protocol and ship the guitar without my consent, then claim they lost it in transit. I know for sure they’re lying and know for the fact, it’s still in their warehouse and just don’t want to give the guitar back to me. Because once I claimed correct value, they notified the lost package now was magically found the next day. Woww…just wowwI would for sure agree to pay full price and respect them in return if they are straightforward with me. But lying and playing game like that just literally show they’re nothing but bottom feeders.
