Went in during the Holidays to upgrade my daughter's phone , was told there was a promotion if we upgraded that offered us a "Free" iPad and Apple Watch, NO COST!! That we would receive credits that offset all charges associated with the devices and the only out of pocket cost would be the taxes associated. All BS, received the bill after the first full cycle, there was a line charge , a device charge, and insurance charge on both devices !! Increasing my monthly bill by $50 per month for the next 3 years !! I contacted Verizon ASAP and they were able to eliminate the line charge and insurance charge but NOT able to remove the device charges !! So I'm stuck paying $15 a month for 3 years for devices I didn't need and were supposedly "Free" WTF!! The rep Scammed and conned me , you all have been warned !! I'm the sucker that didn't read the fine print and now paying for it

Had to get my phone activated a few months ago and was charged $35 and asked the manager if I could just activate the phone myself on the Verizon app and she lied to me and said i would still have to pay a $35 activation fee. Got a new phone today and activated it myself on the verizon app for free….

I went to Verizon looking to get a new phone and service on 12/22/2023. the employee who helped me was Jason Vitalich. At 690 blossom hill Rd in San Jose Ca. He convinced me to get a business account since I have 5 lines he said it will be cheaper monthly if I created the business account and I agreed I have purchased 5 I phone 15 pro max I brought 4 line from T Mobil and add 1 new line long story short out of the 4 line that was ported only the two was ported properly the other 2 would not activate I went back to the store I was told since I have a business account I should get a hold of the person who helped me they said they managed consumers account only not business I contacted Jason and let him know what happened he referred me to the 1800 number and they should resolve the matter I have made countless calls and they fix one of the phone got it worked but the other phone still is not working no service i don’t know what I signed up my self in to Jason’s response to me was very disrespectful basically he told me there is nothing I can do Verizon’s Customers service is unheard and Extremely Bad please please avoid this store and a business account as much as possible I am going there today to cancel all my service Worst experience I give them 0 out of 10

I have had an account with Verizon for 8 years and was on a plan with two devices which both had a trade-in promotion. I went to this store to add a new line and made it very clear that I do not want to change anything with my current plan. She said she can add a line for 25$ per month and no other fees will be added. I added the line without knowing that she is changing my whole plan which a month later I got an email from Verizon that my trade-in promo has fallen out. I immediately went to the store and asked why she had changed my other lines plan without my permission. They simply denied, which was a lie. They did not take any responsibility, did not help me and told me to contact Verizon. Since then I am going back and forth with Verizon customer service and each month paying 40$ extra because they cannot reinstate my trade-in promo.

My sister and I wanted to buy a new mobile phone, but other branches were so bad in customer service that I had given up. I came to this branch and an employee whose name was Juan guided me with a good attitude and a lot of patience. He calculated and told me accurate estimates, if it wasn't for him, I would have gone to another operator, I call him a golden employee. ?????

My father's iphone was not working and we could not find his location, so we were very worried. Alex at the Verizon store was so helpful when my dad came in. Alex was able to quickly identify the issue with the network settings, and even taught my dad how to fix it if it happens again. I highly recommend this Verizon store as we have gone there several times and have always had great service and support, and this is another example of great store service. Thank you Alex!

I got my new phone here and Kode was super helpful with the process. She canceled my previous preorder, ordered my new phone, and set it up for me. She also went the extra mile to see if I could get any new deals for my phone. It was a great experience and they just made it super easy and comfortable for me.

I had Verizon pre paid plan I wanted to get iphone15. They told me I have to go to Apple Store. I went to another Verizon store in Sunnyvale and I got my new phone. The employees are not professional and sending customer away

If I could give 0 stars, I would. On 09/22/23 I came to pick up my iPhone 15, after pre ordering and transferring from t mobile to Verizon. I only switched from them to Verizon because ALEX , a new employee told me the plan would be 50% off with a student discount. When I got home, I was putting in my info for the "50% off discount" but then saw it was only 10$! Mind you, Joshua and Alexus were hovering over Alex while telling me this false information. I understand we are all new at one time in our life's, but Verizon needs to train their employees correctly because customers take their word. Alex also gave a Apple Watch and iPad and there were additional charges to the watch that I wasn't aware of. I go back to return everything 9/23 & 9/24 because 200$ a month I can just buy everything myself, Alexus the manager was trying to charge me 50$ restocking fee when on the policy it says it can be declined. She told me she's the only manager, which I'm sure is not true. The only helpful person was probably Kode, she told me to come the next day to work with Alexus so I wouldn't be charged the fee but obviously she didn't wanna decline it, to be rude. Anyways, I got everything under control after 4 days. Never will I ever come back to Verizon for anything! Train your employees correctly.

I was having issues with my SIM card and most Verizon stores close early on Sunday. Of course once I got through to an agent online I was informed that I needed a new SIM card to add a travel plan. I was already upset, but saw there was a Verizon store still opened, stating on Google that they were open until 8pm. Before I entered the store I checked the Oakridge website and the hours were different saying it closes at 7:30. I rushed inside the mall and got to the store at 6:56 the two people working greeted me and asked me what I needed help with I asked them if they sold SIM cards and they said yes, but then told me they were closed. I told them on the Oakridge website it says 7:30. They said the mall closes at 7:30 and that they close at 7. I'm so upset because after checking even the Verizon website it says they close at 8pm. I'm just very frustrated because why would you even have the door open and greet me asking me what I need help with just to tell me you are closed? Whomever owns this store, needs to get these hours corrected so you don't give people false hope.
