I am honestly AMAZED how bad the service is at this location. I have had to go into the store on three separate occasions, and no one seems to know what they are doing each time. They are always lying about something. On my last visit, the guy helping us said he couldn't get into my account unless my husband came. The visit before this was not an issue. I asked him if he could please ask the manager if there was anything else we could do. I was already missing work, and I didn't want to call my husband to miss work. He went to the back and came out, telling me he went in the back and asked the manager if he could do anything, and the manager said no. My issue with this was that the manager was in the front at the time, and I could see the manager the entire time he walked away.

Great customer service! The only complaint is they didn't have Sunday football on any of the big screens for visiting customers.

We have an ongoing problem with Verizon disconnecting an apple watch. It is not an apple problem. It is Verizon Disconnecting service without authorization. We have made multiple calls about this. This evening the Verizon employee hung up on my daughter, and I mean literally left the call, because she "couldn't wait on tech and needed to help other people." Your customer service has dropped dramatically. You have sales staff trying to solve tech problems but it is impossible to speak directly to Verizon tech support. Between my daughter and I, we have been told 6 times that a Verizon rep would call the next day and have Never received a call back. Customer service? Ha!

Manager Jose was extremely unprofessional and lacked customer service. From the moment I stepped in, I mentioned to him I was returning a device on a cancelled line. He had me wait for an associate only to tell me they don’t take devices in person when an agent over the phone had given me the option of drop off. He didn’t even try reaching out to corporate given that I was already in the store. I would rethink having him lead a team given his lack of leadership and poise.Please do not bring your business here.

Verizon as a company is taking a nose dive, nowhere demonstrated as well as here at this Verizon store. The salespeople are deceptive weasels, interested only in making their commission. The manager is no better. Trust me, you WILL get screwed. Save yourself the grief and go elsewhere. I personally was quite happy to go to T-Mobile for cell service and Sonic for home internet - all business Verizon could have kept for another 15 years if they had only not abandoned their loyal customers.

BEWARE OF VERIZON. The so called "manager" here is less than useless. I switched from T-Mobile back in December. The employee who helped me, Marco, was seemingly having a VERY difficult time. The manager wasn't helpful at all, therefore I spent over 4.5 hours in this POS store just signing up for cell phone service. Marco also happened to sign me up for +2 lines that I DID NOT WANT OR NEED. Now I am dealing with Verizon's "customer service" departments, filing claims about this issue (because my bill was 700% higher than it should of been). I've been dealing with this since JANUARY and have spent an accumulative +25 hours of phone time and have gotten NO WHERE. I go into the store in hopes I'll get better support and the manager says he can't help me and proceeds to call a "help line" and turns out to be TECH SUPPORT. I need business finance... not tech support... again wasting my time being on hold/transferring. The "manager" proceeds to go and hide in the back room and lets his "minions" do all the grunt work. Pathetic on so many different levels. I have now switched to ATT and, very unfortunately, still haven't had a resolution in regards to my Verizon bill.

Have been coming into the store for 3 straight days after trying to switch to Verizon they took my information down and had everything set up for switching over even cancelled my line and still haven't received my phone after 3 days of going in and speaking to the employees waiting 1-2 hours at a time each day I came in here ,told me to come tomorrow and they would "schedule an appointment " which they never did ..I finally talked to corporate which was useless because they wouldn't answer any of my questions regarding the situation and all they could come up with was a simple sorry

Cheaters and liars. Never trade in with your phone. They had upgrade trade in option for iphone 14 pro. They supposed to discount $800 for new phone. They make me pay $800 plus they took my phone that costs at least $300 and they call it $800 discount. It means i paid $1900 dollar for iphone that costs $1,099 in Apple store.

I'm trying to reset my password, and it's not letting me do it online. I came to this office and they told me: We don't do this here, you have to call.They can't also help to make a payment. You have to call too!!!What's up with Verizon. ?!!!I called customer service but it takes more than an hour.

The greeter was rude and continued to repeat himself. The worse customer service. I went to another Verizon store right after this 2 min visit and the other location was courtesy and were willing to help me right away. This place sucks.

Truly pathetic store employees. I went to the Almaden Ranch store. Walked in and there was 3 employees standing there. I was looking at their $25 special. I stood 5 ft from them, not 1 of them looked my way. At 10 mins 1 of the 3 asked if I had a question... duh! I left. Came home and called and got a woman answering and I told her I was there & left because 3 employees stood 5 ft from me and I was ignored. She asked if it was 2 men and a woman on the phone? Yes! So others see this & why aren't they retrained for not doing their jobs. Verizon you lost my business. Good luck.

They have worst service ever if you finance a phone. They charge me total 4400 in 1.6 year and still have balance. I didn't get why.
