850 Park Ave, San Jose“We arrived 1 minute before the performance due to a transportation mixup and were treated very sympathetically. We sat way high in the balcony, which was actually excellent for seeing and hearing.”
“A wonderful cause and great entertainment by David Martinez. Mentalist and Illusionist. Very personable, fun and funny. The cats are all there to just hang out and explore. They are very well-cared for, happy and thriving.
The people who run this place are very passionate about what they do. Love this place and we will definitely make another visit soon.”
“Blanco Urban is an ideal wedding venue choice! As a photographer I was blown away by how well the venue photographed. Its white walls did wonders with the light throughout the day, from bright sun to golden hour. This venue is perfectly modern and chic for a luxury wedding. The staff was responsive and kind. Its great to be able to go down to the street and capture chic city photos as well!”

101 Paseo de San Antonio, San Jose“Greeted by a Friendly staff throughout the theater. The facilities were clean and well maintained. In addition to the traditional theater food and snacks, they have wine and other drinks. The theater itself is very clean.”
“Club Sportiva is an amazing place to network with people who share the love for cars, watches, whiskey etc. The event space is great for private/corporate events with awesome food/drinks and catering.”
“Karyn was the best DoC we could ask for!
Boulder Ridge was very accommodating to our religious and cultural requirements of outside catering, no alcohol and non-affiliated vendors.”
5:30AM - 10PM
1500 S 10th St, San Jose“liked everything but the bar overlooking the ice. Don't know if this was intentional or not, but, the bartender uses the wrong (smaller) side of a jigger to measure booze for a cocktail. Not acceptable.”
8:30 AM - 12:00 AM
3088 Olsen Dr, San Jose“Kids and I loved the recliners! The theaters were extremely clean and the snack bar was stocked and the line moved quickly. We watched an employee go above and beyond to help someone with a disability get their tickets and snacks, and it was so cool to see.”
“Lots of fun at the little gym! My daughter loves her Saturday class. Her best friend comes to the little gym too. The teachers are very nice and patient. Clean environment. The kids learn how to follow instructions and become better at socializing.”
“Amazing course! Well designed, picturesque, well maintained. Only complaint is the pace of play - with a 9am tee time it was painfully slow, they really need a marshall (didn’t see one even once).”
“We had our Wedding reception here and It honestly was the first venue we toured and I just new it was what we were looking for. Vivian was super amazing with the tour and the day of our wedding. We transformed it into our Cinderella fairytale and it just was everything we hoped and dreamed of! Will definitely be booking again for future events.”
“I highly recommend this event venue for anyone looking for a great experience. The staff is wonderful and very accommodating, making sure that everything runs smoothly. The location is also fantastic, with easy access and plenty of parking. The real star of the show, however, is the patio. It's spacious, comfortable, and provides the perfect atmosphere for any event. Overall, this venue is a top-notch choice for anyone looking to host an unforgettable event.”

15571 Alum Rock Ave, San Jose“I've attended several events at the San Jose Country Club including a couple of private parties. I absolutely love this space! The highlight for me is the wonderful staff who always go above and beyond to make my experience enjoyable. I highly recommend this club for those looking to play a round of golf or throw a party!”
“I attended a wine tasting at Bella Montagna Winery, featuring an impressive selection spanning from 2017 to 2021. The Sauvignon Blanc exhibited a delightful balance of crispness and citrus, a testament to the vineyard's mastery of this varietal. The Merlot, with its velvety texture and nuanced flavors, showcased the artistry in every bottle. The crown jewel, however, was the Cabernet Sauvignon. From the robust 2017 vintage to the more nuanced expressions of 2021, each sip unveiled layers of complexity and a true reflection of the region's unique terroir. Bella Montagna's dedication to crafting wines that stand the test of time was evident in the seamless progression of flavors. This tasting experience was not just a glimpse into their cellar; it was a celebration of the winery's commitment to excellence across vintages. An exquisite journey through the evolution of their wines, leaving me with a profound appreciation for the artistry behind each bottle.Bella Montagna Winery offers an exceptional experience that seamlessly intertwines with the rich history of San Jose's wine-growing heritage. Their commitment to reviving this storied tradition is evident in every sip. The vineyard's picturesque setting provides a perfect backdrop for indulging in their exquisite wines, each bottle a testament to the dedication and passion of the winemakers. They owners also mentioned that the venue was available to be rented out for events.Five stars without a doubt.”

21670 Shillingsburg Ave, San Jose“We had our wedding at the Ranch a few weeks ago and had a great time! It was such a convivence to be able to stay on the property and having our venue here too. There were some unforeseen hiccups but our wedding planner Nico and the owner Chris went out of their way to make sure our event went on as smoothly as possible. Nico also easily saved us tens of thousands of $ by doing a lot of work himself, and also finding us an amazing deal on our complex floral! Be sure to reach out to him if you are looking to host a wedding at the Ranch his email is: [email protected] Here is a link to our wedding video, cheers:”
7AM - 11PM
75 S 11th St, San Jose“Very nice management and so accommodating and flexible! The only negative is not having parking spaces except couple of blocks away and they do need better chairs so you don't need to rent them separately other than that the space is beautiful and as I mentioned their manager Michelle is really nice to work with.”
4 - 8PM
San Jose“We’re so lucky to have a place and org for artists and creators to be and share….and Local Color is wonderful at what they’re doing and bringing to the community….and when I say We’re lucky, I’m talking about everyone who lives in the South Bay and has access to what local Color is doing. Today we met artists, had hand painted signs made, got to create custom shirts, and of course supported the arts.”
“Very helpful and caring Organization, training and teaching young people to work in the electrical trade. This is a Union Organization that train people in a very good paying trade and also helping lots of different groups in the community.”
“We have been members of the Capital Club for a good while now. We always enjoy the atmosphere. Today, I had the Vietnamese Garlic Noodles with added shrimp. My drink was a Prosecco. I am not a white wine drinker because it gives me headaches but the Prosecco the club serves is one of the best I have tasted.”
10AM - 11:30PM
639 Tully Rd J, San Jose“I was invited to a friend of a friend's birthday party last month, and after hopping in my buddy's car, I was expecting that we'd be heading to either...1. Someone's house where I'd have to introduce myself to a dozen strangers and later apologize profusely at the end of the night to the host for accidentally spilling something on their carpet. (I speak from experience... And many "party fouls" committed...)2. A crowded restaurant where I'd spend half the night bumping into people, waiting to be seated, waiting for food to arrive to our table, and then later waiting to use a bathroom. Followed by the worst game in the world: split the check with 20 people at your table, half are drunk, and the other half don't believe in cash and "only have Venmo."Instead we arrived at Cosmoworld and I ended up having a great time because I didn't have to put up with any of those things- the Birthday girl had decided to have her party at this private venue, everything was catered, and it was a beautiful fun night all around.I'm the type of person that likes to have the best/right tool for the job. If I was planning a large birthday party or event in the future, I'd be hosting it here. There's so much more you can do with a space like this (party I attended had also hired their own DJ for night) vs. the hassle of home / constraints of chain restaurants. In fact, now that I know that venues like this actually exist, I'm going to be really upset the next time I'm splitting a birthday check at an Applebee's and someone is asking me if I have Cash App or they can "Zelle me later."”

399 S 1st St, San Jose“This place is brand new, clean, well layed out, has fantastic drinks, and bomb music. I’m shocked this place isn’t packed. I hope people catch on to this gem because it’s a wonderful bar/club that just not enough people know about yet. I see tons of club/bars packed with worse music and worse drinks. This place is a wood floored, brick building on the second story of a Michelin star Portuguese restaurant and is worth exploring for anyone looking for an outstanding ambience, music/ DJ set and drink menu. 10/10 I hope more people realize how much of a gem this place is. Much love and I hope to see this business grow and flourish because you guys did a great job!!!”
“The last time I was here was about 4 years ago for the Crunchy Roll Anime Expo.I was recently here for the California Dental Association (CDA) Convention, it was the Art+Science of Dentistry Event. I had attended with the office I work with, and it was very fun and didn't know what to expect! There were 3 lectures we had to attend for licensing credits which was awesome! A total of 6 credits. The best lecture had to be with speaker Dr. Uche Odiatu, DMD. The exhibit hall had many booths, most giving out free swag. I can't wait for more dental conventions and making connections. A few downsides ~~ 1. There weren't many options for food. 2. The parking fee is pretty steep ~ was $25.00 for the whole day. 3. You have to check in/out with your badge for each lecture - can be a bit of a wait.”
“Their Rummage sales are fun to shop at, especially when they are doing clearance prices! I got a beautiful wool runner rug for $25 instead of $245.00! If you love the thrill of a bargain and enjoy rummaging through secondhand items this is a great place. They’ll post on Craigslist the week of their sale, which is always on a Saturday. Parking can be a bit tight. The gravel lot usually has a bit more room for backing up to leave.”
“This is honestly the nicest Courtyard I've ever stayed in. (And I've traveled A LOT over the years.)Front Desk let me have a late check out and gave me a complimentary drink at the Bistro for breakfast. The room was ACTUALLY CLEAN! The furniture was dated, but in very good condition. For breakfast, I swapped the drink for a breakfast parfait. All of the lobby furniture is functional and CLEAN! All of the staff I met and saw were super nice and polite.Rooms: It was actually clean.Walkability: Target right in the parking lot.Food & drinks: Market and Bistro onsite.”
“Beautiful & spacious hall! Perfect for small events. The kitchen is big & very clean has everything you need to store your food & drinks. I just had my daughter Lina's baby shower yesterday Sunday 2/18/24 & everything turned out really nice & elegant. The person they left to overlook our party was Kevin, he was very professional & attentive to anything we needed. Thank you John (owner) & Kevin for everything. I highly recommend Grace Banquet Hall.”

422 N Capitol Ave, San Jose“I think OOS is a great studio for it's community building, the passion and kindness of instructors and staff, and for the variety of dance offerings. The studio itself is worn having been many schools throughout the years, but is excitingly getting the floors renovated. If you're new to dancing choreo or wanting to start at the beginning, come here. You will not be scrutinized for how you move or learn. Instead, you will be encouraged to just dance and follow to the best of your ability and the classes will cheer you on. Not only that, the other students around you are so wonderfully diverse. I think things on the administrative side could be improved, but I imagine that this studio is one of multiple jobs for the staff here and believe they're doing their best.”
“I had never been here before, but came for my friend's Rehearsal dinner. It was the perfect size for what we needed -- there is a stage and a side room which made it great to do buffet style. They did have some house rules (example- no open flame) which made a tradition unable to do but we had some great improvisation (used a flameless candle).”
“Informal and functional coworking space near San Jose downtown, close to the proposed Google campus. Internet, coffee, meeting rooms, office space, cubicles, hosted meetups, presentations - the usual. Olga and other staff are helpful. Parking can be tough, so take public transport or walk a little.”
“This was my first time ever axe throwing and it was so much fun! Friendly, informative staff, clean venue, and a music playlist to get you in the zone. Felt kind of like bowling where everyone is pretty bad and that's OKAY! When you do land on the target it is so satisfying and made me feel very strong!”
