Smog Certification Review - Fast and efficient! I drove up on a Friday afternoon and asked if they had time to do a smog, and the worker took me right away. He unfolded a chair for me to sit while waiting about 20 minutes. Smog test done, and certification sent to the DMV.

The customer service at this gas station was beyond terrible! My credit card was needlessly locked not once, but twice by their faulty machine, and they callously refused to turn off the equipment or even attempt to retrieve my card. As a result, my credit card was damaged beyond repair. To make matters worse, when the issue occurred a second time, they shamelessly claimed that they couldn't do anything to help me. This gas station is an absolute nightmare and I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy.

I frequently visit this gas station after pumping gas. Today, I needed some air and approached the attendant for the air pump. However, he rudely demanded a receipt, stating that the air pump was only for customers. I informed him that I had just finished pumping gas, but he remained unprofessional and dismissive. Due to his behavior, I would not recommend this gas station to anyone and will no longer be a customer ever again.

I recently asked to use the restroom at a gas station, but was asked to show my gas receipt by the staff/manager. This requirement was unexpected and inconvenient. As a result, I would not recommend visiting this particular gas station.

Horrible customer service, so rude, so disrespectful for no reason. Such a shame cause I live in sierra crest and it's the gas station I always went to. I have never been treated so disrespectful as I was here.

Bought a crusty mini van on Craigslist so that I can deliver parts for a local shop. I had to get it smogged so that I can register the car. I didn't know the condition of the van at all and bought it from a stranger. The seller told me the car had some problems but he didn't know what it is so he gave me a fair price just in case the van required some major fixing. I came by on a Friday morning and met with one of the techs there. He told me to park on the side and wait about 10 minutes while he wraps up the car ahead of me. I pull forward and he uses the scanner on the van and tells me that the car will not pass smog due to some error lights on the scanner. He told me that these issues have to be fixed in order to pass smog. I was very leery, but I got a quote from him to see how much they would fix that stuff for. I called my friend to verify that it was a good deal and he gave me the thumbs up. I was told to leave my car there or wait for a few hours for everything to be done. I got picked up and went to lunch and cruised around and got the call around 3pm to come get the van. Not only did the van run better, but it passed smog AND he gave me a free Oil Change! Great work! I don't trust mechanics, but these guys seemed genuine and did a great job.

The mechanic is great and honest. Prices are reasonable as well. Ill definitely take my car back for service.
