Came here for a smog check for my 2012 Honda - was told it failed and needed to drive around more in order to pass. Came back after driving and it still failed....was told they could "fix the problem" for an additional $130, which I declined. Took it the next day to another smog station on Almaden Expressway where the employee kindly showed me how to see on my own when the car is ready for a test and refused to waste my money - he even told me the employees at Capitol were trying to rip me off. My car did pass the smog test there. Don't waste your time or money at Capitol Snell Smog.

I went in with 3 propane tank exchanges. The employee refused to even take one of them and didnt even give a reason. They were all bottle exchange bottles in good condition. Such a rude person, didnt even bother speaking to me like a human being.

Rude guy. Went for oil change asked a question he panicked then became rude. Avoid this place.
