Very unreliable service. I requested for redelivery but they never redeliver my package that it was sent back all the way to Australia. Staff were very unhelpful. They just said "oops sorry we made a mistake but can't do anything about it" when they had a week to rectify the problem. They even wrongly record in the system that they attempted redelivery when no one actually came to redeliver my package.

I don’t leave less than one star because there is other people that work there and I can’t judge them for someone else fault.with that said I have to send a package to Puerto Rico like o have done many times for the last 20 years and the teller told me that she can’t print out the information that she can’t find it and didn’t even try to look for the address as soon she saw the address was to Puerto Rico

Almaden post office is the best! I had a missing package and the 'Post Master' found it and personally brought it to my house. It does not get better than that. Thank you all at Almaden post office 95120 Almaden

200% agree with previous review: for more than 10 years have been fortunate to work with friendly, courteous, helpful, knowledgeable folks who have great attitudes, especially Sandy and Bong. So the 180 degrees opposite experience today with most likely a new member of the staff who made me feel like a poor customer at the used car parking lot was pretty sad. Not even slightest attempt to assist, answer - just robotic answers by the person chewing gum a looking not at - but through you.

Any post office that keeps the lobby open after hours with a drop box get five stars in my book. I sell things on Mercari, OfferUp, Poshmark, and similar apps, so I print at home and just need to drop my packages off. I was in the area and needed to drop off a package. I arrived at 5:05 pm on a Saturday, and a kind gentleman was picking up the mail/letters at the drive up boxes. As he was coming in with his cart, I asked him if I could just give him my box. He replied, "Of course you can!" He had a great disposition which can be rare in public service jobs. I also liked that he waited until AFTER 5:00 to pick up items. I've been to so many post offices where they are picking up items 5-10 minutes prior to the listed/posted pick up time. Anyway, my experience here was brief, but pleasant.

What's up with this post office? Neighbors have said the doors are locked and there is no access to mailboxes or the self- service kiosk. It's ok to reduce the hours - but hey - at least communicate with the community by updating the signs in the doors. Please

This is our local post office that I visit frequently for various mailing needs. The staff there are all friendly and very helpful. Last week I went there to get a money order and mail some documents with return envelope. The nice lady at the counter helped me with all the steps patiently. The supervisor is also a friendly and helpful person. overall it was far better experience than that I had received at local UPS store.

I get my mail between 9am and 8pm kind of hard get people to look for packages and they don’t no what a bell is my medicine can be. In the sun all day. This info must not go to the post office as NOTHING has changed 123120

BEWARE manager doesn't properly wear face masks (it was left hanging below his chin although I grimaced at him several times behind my mask while waiting in line) to protect public and employees at this location. He was witnessed yesterday receiving packages and handing out receipts and touched his nose and face between transactions repeatedly without having sanitized in the 10 minutes I was standing in line. He was confirmed to be manager by the associate handling my transaction. I reported this to her and asked if he happened to be the manager in which she replied yes.

They seem to have lost a $200+ dollar package, and our mail never comes before 6pm, usually closer to 8.
