Augustine is running a one-man show here. He is a really nice man and so kind. It’s always a pleasure to interact with him.
For those complaining in the reviews: It’s not his fault that there’s just one employee. that’s determined by the higher-ups at USPS. And the correct hours are in the photo. The government mandates 15 minute breaks and lunch breaks for employees.

I brought my Amazon returns here. I had to buy tape for them to accept the free return. I did. Then she still neglected to give me a receipt and it’s been over a week and the package still is not showing the items have been scanned to be returned. Not did they have any stains to sell when I was there. I would stay clear of this office.

I was a bit bummed out that I was not going to make it in time to send an important package. But I want to give a huge shout out to you. Thank you Ms.York Chew I appreciate it soo much!! You helped me even though I arrive at 6pm and you didn't turn me away and you were so kind answering all my questions.

It's 10:51am on Saturday morning, and there's already a line of 6 people. This location is slower as there's usually only one maybe 2 employees if you're lucky. No self service kiosk here so all transactions needed to be handled by an associate unless you're leaving a package with a prepaid shipping label, so be prepared to wait. Service it self was great, used a medium flat rate shipping box and it was about $17 to ship to Hawaii. UPS and FedEx were charging about $65 to ship same package. Definitely going to stick with USPS. Service was great friendly and helpful and kept us feeling positive despite the line.

Augustine was so awesome. He possesses excellent customer service skills and very helpful. He made sure to go above and beyond to make sure all of my needs were met. USPS should PROMOTE employees like him! I loved how professional, respectful and courteous he was. Definitely coming back here once again!

My experience at this particular place was on a Wednesday around 4:30. The review is for my experience with only paying for a return package for some clothes. The person working there was Augustine. Had the best service I have ever had with a government worker at this USPS shop with Augustine. He guided me through the process and went above and beyond.
