Walk-ins on Saturdays ARE happening as of May 2024; an earlier review states that they’re not, so hopefully this helps others who were confused!
We arrived at 8:55 for the 9am walk-in opening which turned out to not be early enough (unsurprisingly). The passport employee let us know on the spot how many people she could promise to serve before the office closes, how many may manage to get in, and the cutoff of the line where she wouldn’t recommend waiting. That was so helpful, because then at the back of the line we knew we shouldn’t spend the next three hours waiting - we just called it and decided to try another day.
I can’t speak to the rest of services but did really appreciate the respectful expectation-setting.

Terrible service, bad customer service. They lose the merchandise sent and do not give you a reason for where it is. They say that the shipping you make after leaving the country (USA) is no longer their responsibility and I even paid extra for it to arrive quickly. 0 stars, First time using your service and it's the last time.

It's really too bad that I live nearby and I need to find another Post Office to deal with. This is my first time here and both people were very rude I asked for just a little piece of security tape across the top of a large envelope and they told me. I had to buy a $4 roll of tape which I did because I needed to send it but they were very rude. About it and especially the young man named Brandon he was not happy to be there and to be called up front to help and do his job. And I unfortunately had to be his first person in line. That got his rudeness. But, you know, I just moved here. I can find another one close by. It's a shame that our public services are going down hill. Many people would die for a federal job with the benefits that these people have and they can't even be pleasant I could have just as will want some place else I will next time.

I had 2 packages to be delivered 1 of them was delivered an the other was not very strange I was home an no doorbell was rang in case it was signature request now I need to go to the post office to pick it up this my second issue with this post office since I moved on this side of town never ever had any issues in the last area I lived in an I mean never had any issues at all.

If I was able to give negative stars I would. The older gentlemen working at the passport station was lovely and tried to help us however the rude asian lady named Kristie or Christine should find another job. she was arrogant, aggressive, mean and clearly hates her life. We quickly left and went to the post office on meridian who’s workers were actually kind, friendly and they helped us quickly unlike Christine who literally told us that it’s “not her problem”. Well maybe you should find a new job if you don’t feel like doing it, clearly the other postal offices had no problem in helping us.

Love being told that the Carrier Supervisor is busy and I should leave a note with my problem instead, and it "for sure" will reach their table. I adore that the package a friend sent me has to go through the whole process of being returned because they couldn't simply hold onto the package and call me for pick-up. I appreciate the urgency in trying to get me out the door as fast as possible without even attempting to resolve my issues or grievances. I'm relieved to wake up in the morning and find that the package that I requested, "for sure" is being sent back across the USA.Great customer service, wonderful atmosphere, just wish they could reply with a number to leave a review of the employees who worked the front so I could give them as glowing of a review despite them giving out surveys to everyone else. ?

Arrived here around 11:30 AM on a Wednesday morning for a passport renewal for a family member. We had an appointment for 11:45 AM, but it's recommended to come in 15 minutes early. Lots of parking in front of the office, so nothing to worry about. Many people use these facilities because there's also mailboxes inside. They have 3 areas from the left section for package drop off, which had no line so we were helped immediately when we needed a money order. The middle section is for local residents in the Almaden/Branham area to get their mail. The right section is a waiting area and a small office for special appointments. We were in 11:38 AM for our appointment when a previous appointment ended. The postal worker was quick and thorough in explaining the process and we were done early! Fast, easy, and seamless.
