I went to this location for passport application. They destroyed my Naturalization Certificate when they send it out to the passport issuing office. I had to apply for a new certificate for almost $600 and wait for another 6 months before they can continue my passport application.
I was here for my passport appointment twice. First time I had an appointment and had to wait 45 min before they can see me. Second time I didn’t get an appointment and just went as walk-in. Also waited 45 min before I was seen. So I guess the appointment system was a bit useless.

I was here for the passport. If you did some research you know all locations nearby are taking sign ins at 6am. That's unavoidable for walk-ins. Online booking doesn't work sometimes, so walk-ins is my only option. I have a lot of complaints for that system, but it's not the workers fault in post office. The lady Luna working there is the goat. She told me she changed the rule for staying in post office after sign up for better experiences meanwhile some other locations you need to stay in line for the whole time. I got there at 5am, only 1 gentleman in front of me. And by the time 6am hit, only 9 in line and we take 15 applicants here. I went home after signing in, came back at 8:45am. Two dozen people showed up, and she tried to make sure everyone can get their paperwork in despite going above the required limit. Truly the GOAT. Overall she's super nice and quick. It could be because I'm the first customer there. But I can tell she handled everything professionally. If you are preparing your passport documents for the first time, get your stuff ready. Make copies for your supporting documents. When you get everything ready, it's super smooth. 1 star for the system, 5 star for her

I was pleasantly surprised at my last visit. It was on a Wednesday around noon or 1 p.m. -- and there was only ONE car in the parking lot!
Hello? This is the post office. During the lunchtime rush. And there was only ONE person ahead of me.
It's practically unheard of for there NOT to be a wait at ANY government institution, especially the post office.
Now, this branch is always good. They are as efficient as possible, handling customers as quickly as possible.
But still... it's the post office. Lines are inevitable.
It was a blessing to drive in, walk up, wait no more than five minutes, take care of my business, and leave!
And when I left, there was NO ONE around.
So, yeah. God was smiling favorably on me that Wednesday for sure.
But I do recommend this branch even if you aren't so fortunate as to get no lines. Because, like I said, the staff at this post office works as quickly as they can to get through whatever line is there.
Just be patient. And if you want to ensure the line moves quicker, come prepared. Have your packages properly sealed and labeled. If you have forms for processing, make sure they're correctly filled out and signed.
(And if for some reason, something goes wrong, take a breath to regroup. Losing your cool won't help the situation.)
Doing your part ensures the workers can get through the line quicker. And that's a win-win for everyone!

Happy to share that it is possible to get a walk in passport without the long waiting time for appointments on line. It is not an easy task, but it is possible. The photos in my review show the times and info about the costs as 05-03-2025 so you can prepare your checks or Money Order. (don't fill the M. O., the clerk will stamp the correct info; just buy it with the total amount of the service you want. I pay 241.36 for expedite service.
-Walk In hours are Saturdays only from 9 to 12 am, but you have to get your name on a list that an USPS employee makes available at 6 AM. (Not earlier, not later, At 6:00 AM) There are only 15 spots on the list so I will recommend you to get there a few hours before 6:00 AM in order to secure your spot on the list. Once the list is full, the tablet is taken away and you can go home or to eat something because the service starts at 9:00 AM.
-VERY IMPORTANT! If you where lucky enough to secure an spot on the list, make sure you comeback at 9:00 AM because the USPS employee will call out the names on the list and inspect that your pictures for the passport are done correct or if you need to take the pictures, they will provide you with that service.
-Once your are checked in and your pictures are accepted, you will be placed on a line that will get you to the clerk that will review your completed application, photocopies of your documents, take your payments and witness your signature on the application. After that, you are done. Good luck, wakeup early and do not forget any documents. It was a great service, confusing at times, but great in general.

Passport walk-ins: there is a waitlist you need to sign in. You can put you name in the list from 6 am. Go early. Don't just join the line. Please double check everything, photo etc.

You can walk in for passport on Saturdays for only ~15 people. Waiting list for walk-in is available for sign up starting at 6am but some people were lining from 4am. We got lucky today that there were 2 officers and they took 30 people. But we're already last on the list when we showed up 7am to put our name on the list. They turned away lots of people who showed up after 9am but you can take your chance around 10:30am and they will let u wait in case some people don't show up (no guarantee tho). The organization is a bit chaotic so just make sure to be alert and ask attendees for your names if you don't hear anything

Very rude guy handling passport issue. There were less than 10 people and he had a list and whoever he was calling was not there. Walk ins are from 9am to 12pm on a Saturday, we showed up around 10, he basically yelled at us saying we should be there next week between 4am to 6am to be on the list! Or wait for an hour and he will probably tell us after an hour we should go home. We wouldn't give us a number or anything. Thanks to his rudeness nobody was willing to stay so he was serving no one, just yelling and keeping people away.

If you want to walk in for a passport application on Saturday, they put up a list at 6AM you have to get your name on. Word is people start lining up at 3AM to get their name on that list. If you want to walk in for passport application, get there early. Not at 9AM.
