Went to the post office and was was racially profiled by Myelene I never write any bad reviews on my experiences or in person encounters. But after this experience today I went in to ask about an update on my (Change of Address) and had all my documents and barcode ready for her to assist me. But right always she declined to help me not even tried to help me by checking in the system for an update not even trying to redirect me to a supervisor or anything. I asked her as well where can I call to get further assistance with my inquiry but she verbally just told me check your email and told me call (1800 usps). I work in customer service for the county of San Clara health and hospital system never do I treat people any different all are treated the same and with dignity and respect and always find the way to help me patients. But this must be put here as how I was treated I hope she accepts the way she treated me And learns to help customers the correct way!

While the staff is great, this location has no self-service kiosk which means you wait in an extremely long line for basic services. And since they don't turn on the air-conditioning in the middle of June, you wait in a hot room with no ventilation.

Walked in at the late afternoon, seeing 3 staff at the front desk. There was no any customer, and none of them was doing work. Then they together claimed that they three were all too busy today to sort packages, afterwards they turned back to continue the loud chit chatting about their shopping fun, etc. So, too busy to do work but not busy for chatting in front of customer?!Absolutely unprofessional and lazy.

Jennifer was friendly, helpful, and patient. There was also no line when I arrived around 4:30pm.
