Ample parking and short line on a weekday afternoon. The staff is very friendly and super helpful. Best customer service I've ever experienced in USPS offices.

Wanted to give a big heartfelt thank you to Sarah, one of the supervisors at Bayside Post Office who helped me track down and successfully deliver my lost package.
Even though USPS was at fault for incorrectly scanning my package with the wrong address in the first place and also having to call/email repeatedly to get someone to help, Sarah came and saved the day.
Give that woman a raise. Excellent customer service for taking the care to follow-up and turn a negative situation around.

The front desk consisted of two woman one named Connie and the other I can’t recall. These two had the worst condescending tone while trying to “help you.” I will guarantee that if you had these workers “assist” you they will ask 3 rhetorical questions before even looking at your tracking number. They would not help me and refused to even put in the tracking number and replied with “just check online.”

My recent visit to the United States Post Office was a breeze! Arriving in the afternoon, I was pleased to find ample parking available, saving me the hassle of circling around. Stepping inside, I encountered a pleasantly short line, with only one person ahead of me. What's more, the efficient operation boasted three desks open, ensuring swift service. In no time at all, I was able to purchase the forever stamps I needed, making my errand hassle-free. Overall, my experience was smooth, efficient, and devoid of any unnecessary delays.

If your time is flexible, it is recommended to come in the morning on weekdays, because there is not a single car in their parking lot during this time, and there is no hassle of queuing.

Bad customer service. One of the workers here have a seriously aggressive customer service attitude. Worst I’ve experienced in awhile.
