I have experienced ongoing issues with package deliveries by the carriers, particularly in their lack of attention to detail. Despite having a shared last name and similar first initials with my son, packages have been repeatedly delivered to an inactive locker account under his name instead of mine, causing significant inconvenience and frustration. This recurring problem has led to missed notifications, returned packages, and delayed deliveries, all due to the carrier's negligence in accurately scanning and delivering packages to the correct account. When addressing the matter with the USPS supervisor, I encountered dismissive responses and attempts to blame the situation on name similarities or system glitches, before even acknowledging that is was in fact the carrier's error. Overall, the persistent misdeliveries and inadequate resolution efforts have significantly impacted my experience with the service, highlighting the need for improved attention to detail and accountability within the delivery process.

The supervisor went above and beyond to help locate my package on a Saturday even after the post office was closed turns out I put the wrong unit # on my package. It helps when u have a tracking # thank you to the carrier who went back to the location to get my package I know it was a hot day and you guys work extremely hard.

Honestly the amount of problems I deal with this location and it’s courier is annoying how do you deliver a package to the wrong address this isn’t the first time it’s happened the last time the person refused to give back the package that belonged to me

Im so sick and tired of getting my mail so dam late everyday.,like 6:30 or 7pm. its been this way for yella years. I know it's not the carriers fault since they gave him a larger route..the post office needs to hire more people to help out and get the mail delivered way earlier.I really don't like getting my mail after dark since im a senior..I've wrote several reviews in the past and it seems like it does no good..this review is for the po on Lewis road in san jose, ca..

I drop off priority packages here several times per week. They literally take days to scan them. It’s two day shipping, but they let packages sit for 2-3 days before bothering to scan them. Super annoying.

This post office has lost THOUSANDS of packages, mishandled packages and delivers packages to the WRONG address on a DAILY basis! I have filed more complaints with this office in the past 5 years than I have ever filed in my 46 years of living in other locations!

I have not been receiving my mailFor two weeks , I put a complaint in and the supervisor had the audacity to call me and argue with me and couldn’t answer any of my questions. He works for USPS and doesn’t know where my mail is or how to locate it, the so called supervisor ZIN ZHOU is so unprofessional and needs to be fired ASAP!

My mail is not being delivered to me, i have complained because the mail carrier continues to deliver my packages to the wrong home! I have lost so much money. This is by far the worst experience ever!
