Every time I go to this post office there's always some kind of freaking issue. Staff as well as supervisors need retraining. Especially the customer service skills. I've only met one clerk who who was extremely helpful everyone else including a supervisor had no clue and will give you the wrong information. A customer should not have to return three times to resolve an issue. Explain to me how you don't know your own policies and procedures. They're not my policy they're yours every employee including the supervisor should know their organizations policies and procedures.

I visit this location so many times, Rajni is amazingly professional, helpful and lovely lady. Also the lady who work at the passport section is very positive, helpful and professional. I recommend this place

Mohammed is the WORST customer service agent ever! All I asked him to do was scan a package and give me the receipt but he spent 5 mins arguing with me about why I don't need a receipt. Just print it like every other agent and move on! So RUDE.

If you are reapplying for a passport please read! Got in line for passport walk ins at 8:50 am on Tuesday. Waited until 12 and was told they were taking only next four people - I was the fifth. Extremely frustrated I left and returned the next day on Wednesday to sit in line an hour earlier. Was the second person in line with an hour left. People were showing up in line at 10, 11 - you will not be helped. You must show up at least an hour or two early. Once I was helped it took a total of 5 minutes - ONLY because I had all of my paperwork ready. The clerk told me that it will either take 5 minutes or 45 minutes each person, depending on if they have everything with them. PLEASE do your research and make sure you have everything with you - scans of your ID, your old passport, checks already written out to the correct sum, etc. she said if every person was prepared the way I was they would breeze through the line. It’s not the clerks that take forever, it’s the people ahead of you in line not being prepared.

They lost my package worth $140, all what I got as a response, we can’t locate your package sorry.
It is obvious packages disappear in the main facility. I will use other mail service next time.

We went to renew my daughter's passport. Both parents to take off to be present and not sending the kid to school. Online appointments are not available at all after trying for several weeks, so the only option was to walk in. Disaster customer service. The lady clerk is upset and angry, who thinks she is doing a favor for providing this service. Rude to people, and not answering any question. They ask people to make a line outside with kids for several hours. A senior citizen who was here for the second day standing in line for 4 hrs was told by the same lady to be patient and come earlier, she said some people come and stay in mine from 5 am. How damaged is this system that instead of adding more clerk, providing some chairs inside, writing names or have a que system, ask to come earlier and be more patient that 4 hrs standing in line. How damaged minded is she who can find this as a solution to the people's suffer. Shane on you. And I was thinking, is she standing in line from 5 am when she wanted to renew her passport?

Raul is rude and will even refuse to provide service to customers. Raul needs to learn that he works for the public. Get Taul out of there.

We went here for our newborn's passport appointment. Rajni was very courteous and made the whole process very smooth. I had also gone in the day before to get the document details. She was very helpful in making the passport application process smooth and stress-free :)

Haven't got any mail in 3 weeks during address change. I submit address change in person and they never Submitted it. They said I haven't got any mail to old address which is a lie

Extremely RUDE! Not just to myself but other customers. I would not recommend this postal service even for the convenience of bring in the neighborhood! Highly highly do not recommend.

Jas, the supervisor, was hugely disrespectful. Called us fishy when my boyfriend and I simply chose to mail our stuff at different counters to speed up the process. Was even racist when we misheard her for something and then the second later got mad us at us and refuse to help. NEVER HAVE I EVER SEEN SOMEONE SO RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL!

I never had any problems with any post office with my mail or for any of the services that post office provides until I've moved to this zip code and this became my post office. So many problems and unskilled and the most unhelpful people who work here. And this goes for supervisors/management too. Terrible
