Yesterday by mistake I left my gate open and my dog got out and nipped the mail man my dog is a small Maltese breed very yappy mostly but for some reason hates the mail man I think in the past a couple years ago one of them use to yell at him when passing our house . Anyways a bite is a bite and I’m realy sorry and I do hope the mail guy is ok from looking at the bite it’s a small scratch so I’m glad nothing more . We live on a big property and big house gated my dog is secure and our mail box is outside the gate but this post office is saying we can no longer get our mail here because of the bite and I asked when can we get it back ? The supervisor said after showing them a death certificate or that we got rid of the dog.. this is crazy we have lived here 10 plus years no problems ever . We have 17 people in our home and all get mail and medicine delivered. So there saying I need to basically get rid of our dog in order to get our mail back. This supervisor was rude and no reasoning with him . It states that it’s up to the post office and carrier to deem our home safe and we can get our mail . But this supervisor basically said our dog needs to be dead . This is our baby just like one of our kids . We spoke to a lawyer yesterday and we will be taking this to court .

I don’t even live near here but this is the post office that lost a package of live freight bc the worker could not even be bothered to scan my package. They threw it on a truck without even scanning that they had it. I thought my local PO was incompetent, but this one takes the cake. They killed all of my plants bc since they did not scan the package it went to New Jersey and sat there. I live in Colorado and this is California, it had no business in New Jersey. But bc these people don’t care and are completely incompetent, I am out 5 irreplaceable and invaluable plants. If someone would have simply done their job my plants would still be alive.

I had to cut open my package to remove some stuffing because it was too heavy. An employee gave me some scissors and watched me cut it, then told me I needed to buy tape to reseal it after I got back in line and waited my turn, despite having three rolls of packaging tape on his left side. Either this man enjoys making others miserable or he lacks common sense, maybe both.

Their customer service is good and they speak politely. I always come here. I saw many old reviews but I think now management changed.

Came to this post office with 2 boxes and used express shipping. When I was in the front line, there was a Viet old man with glasses just walking around doing nothing and giving me a look that he didn't want to serve me just because I look Viet. There was a long line behind me but since I'm in front he does nothing. I asked for a pair of scissors to cut the tape and the box but he said they don't have it. I walked out and had to run to buy scissors and came back. Then we were using the express shipping tape to tape around the box, and he was pointing at us and said “Oh, are they using express shipping?” like we don't have money for that. Then I asked another worker if they had scissors there and he said yes. Earlier, I was hearing him yelling in Viet with women. Avoid this worker

This is one of the most helpful and efficient locations I have visited so far. We had a missing package and thanks to this office we were able to locate it and retrieve it. Shivpartap Singh, Harvinder Sangha, and Kuldeep Sanghera were super helpful in making this possible. I would like to thank them so much for their assistance and truly going out of their way to help. This office is quite busy, yet they took their time to resolve the problem. What an amazing, kind, and helpful staff this location has! Thank you so so much!

It's nice that this area has a full service post office, but they are pretty slow when it comes to most of their services offered. They keep the lines moving fairly quickly when simple transactions are occurring, but when you need to pick up a package or inquire about lost items or even compare rates, they take their sweet time. I know they are government employees, so they don't really care about customers all that much, but at least if they are gonna waste everyone's time, they might as well hide in the back and pretend like they are working.

This post office has saved my packages on more than one occasion. I have visited other sites and received horrible service with no knowledge of shipping procedures. I regularly ship to Australia and had a package returned, this post office fixed the mistake and explained what happened so it doesn't happen again. My most recent visit, Albert and Harvinder were super friendly and helpful. I don't think I've experienced a friendlier and more knowledgeable USPS worker than Albert.

Worst customer service ever. Staff needs to be better trained and equipped with more knowledge, as well as learn how to multi-task. I went in a few days ago to confirm that they sell money orders there on behalf of a family member. There was only one associate there, Flora, who just called up a customer and I asked her if they do money orders there and she said yes. I asked for a price and she told me to get in line because she was with a customer. I said I only wanted a price and it would only take a few seconds and she said that it doesn't and asked me to stand in line once again behind 5 other people. Once it was my turn, I asked her again what the price of a money order is there. She replied with something along the lines of "it depends on the amount you're buying." I took that as they have a different price for different amounts on the actual money order. Like, it's $2 for a $500 money order and then $4 for a $1000 one. So I just randomly gave her an amount of $300 and she had to enter it into the computer and said that the total would be $301.65. Uhhh, so I asked her if the money order is $1.65 and she didn't seem sure. So I asked her to check for $500 and sure enough it'd be $501.65. This explains why she wasn't able to answer my super simple question of the price because apparently she likes to make her own job more complicated than it should be.

I have never wanted to go inside a USPS office unless my circunstamaces force me to . And I have to go here because it's close by. As for the reason why, everyone is so hasty and no one want to give a smile or talk softly. In these recent times, thing has changed, or it's what I saw personally. The staffs are very helpful, speak softly and they smile, they laugh a lot; the customers have an easier time understand and follow through. it really smoothens such a stranding process. Hope they keep up
