My package said delivered but I didn’t receive it so I filled out an online form from usps site. My local post office investigated and called me within 1-2 days. Turns out the address was not to me. Seller’s mistake or on purpose? But thank you post office for looking into it.

Their customer service is good and they speak politely. I always come here. I saw many old reviews but I think now management changed.
