The lady was very polite and helpful. I have never sent a package before and needed to do this for lawyers. It worked out well. She helped ensure that all the details were correct and she is very courteous.

I drove 30 min to this office because of its late hours. The door is closed during business hours with a note saying “ lunch break till 4:20 pm”. I have to wait for 40 min to drop off a box. The staff was pretty impatient. It’s such a terrible experience.

This is one of the tiniest Post office locations I have been inside in a long time, but despite their size, they manage to take care of all shipping services that larger locations offer. Lines can get fairly long here and because they don't have a lot of space for waiting customers, often times lines will pour out into the hallway.

Hidden gem: Very efficient and competent staff. I love going here, it's my preferred post office when I need to physically go into one.

I've been coming here for the past year to send out packages/mail. The folks behind the counter are very courteous and helpful. I always like coming to this specific USPS even though I have a few closer USPS locations around me here in San Jose.

My first time went to this small post office. Had a great experience. No line when I came in on Thursday morning. Both ladies were friendly and knowledgable. Plenty of parking spaces in the rear of the building.

Customer service is okay. USPS is located inside a little shopping mall. Wait time was not much at around 4 pm weekday.

This is my favorite post office to goto to drop off my packages! Winnie the lady who always helps me is the absolute best! She's always been very kind and knowledgeable about everything. It really makes it a easier experience when I goto the post office.

Lady there was unfriendly and unknowledgeable. I was shipping an item with battery and she immediately said USPS can't ship Priority because it has a battery. USPS actually published "Pub 52" which changed rules for shipping battery. When I asked her about it she said "I don't know" but still took the package. I think it's pathetic that someone in USPS doesn't know the rules and need customers to tell them? It should be the other way around right ? Also it's been a day and my package still says "awaiting item". If they screw up I'll be really pissed.

completely overcharged me for what I needed and did not answer my questions; I spent probably 3x what I need to and I cant return it

This place never answers the phone. I finally had to go there in person to find that they don't print out return labels for you.
