I've bought **two cars** from ALL USA Motors, and Jose, the owner, is hands-down the nicest car dealer you'll ever meet. His prices are fair, and he's gone above and beyond by replacing small things for **free**—spark plugs on my first car and a headlight bulb on the second—without me even asking. I just knew I could trust him and came to ask prices.
If you tell Jose the specific car you want, he'll make it happen. After my first Fusion Hybrid was totaled and insurance paid out, I left the country on vacation. I simply mentioned I needed another Ford Fusion Hybrid, and by the time I returned, he had **exactly** what I wanted waiting for me. I couldn't believe it.
It's rare to find someone this honest and trustworthy in the car business, but Jose sets the standard for how all dealers and small business owners should treat their customers. He'll be my go-to car guy as long as I live in San Jose.

“My beloved 2014 C250 finally gave out, so I needed a replacement. I had planned to get the same make model and year, but my wife wisely convinced me a newer one would last longer. I decided to try a different brand and settled on a used Audi A4.
I called the Oakland Audi dealer first and confirmed they had one, but when I arrived it wasn't actually in their inventory. Next, I visited Audi San Jose. The car and salesman (Mick) were great, but it lacked the features I wanted: adaptive cruise control and lane assist (there was a 2019 and my feature came out in 2022).
I saw a listing on CarGuru.com and texted to ask about those features. Toan from United Imports called me back and I liked him right away. The car in the listing didn't have the features, but he found a newer model that did within my budget. I couldn't visit immediately because of my kids' sports schedule.
Toan promised to hold it until the end of the month (bonus points for him).
When I finally visited, Toan gave me the keys for a test drive and the car was exactly what I wanted. The pricing was straightforward without any games. We completed the paperwork at his desk in about 30 minutes while I crushed the container of licorice on his desk and my son devoured their popcorn. I drove home in my new (used) car 30 minutes late.
The dealership was clean, the process was simple, and Toan's communication made the experience comfortable. I would definitely buy from him and United Imports again.”
