I had read the two previous negative reviews before making my appointment, and I must say I had the opposite experience. I was treated with courtesy, and friendly staff were quick and efficient. 5 stars from me!

Unfortunately, this is the branch closest to our house, and is also the branch that is time after time the most disappointing. I've held back on a review, but after the third time of trying, there's definitely a problem at this branch. From competence of their processes and systems, to customer service, to making mistakes and everything else in between. My recommendation would be going to the Willow Glen branch off Lincoln. No matter what the situation is, and even if they cannot do something immediately, they are willing to try and/or have another solution.

US Bank need to train their employees. I visited foxworthy location, san jose, with an appointment, bacuase my account was compromised. After waiting for 40min, i met a customer relationship Representative, Pallavi Patra, and explained her my situtation and gave her my account number.1. She did not ask for any of our ID's.2. Then she called Fraud department to confirm if she can do anything, as their is a lock on our account, she then told me that she cannot do anything. I will have to call Fraud department and she write the phone number and gave it to me.3. I asked for statement. She printed the bank statement, and gave it to me without even asking for our ID, even once.4. Finally when we were leaving, she is telling that we should be happy that US bank opened our account at the first place, because other banks wont open account for immigrants.This place is full of S***. They need some serious training.

Do not use 1399 Foxworthy Ave.The branch manager Vivian and the tellers are incompetent. This branch has a high employee turnover.Do not use US Bank for finances unless you want problems, excuses and multiple phone transfers.Today I spoke to 10 different people from US Bank 800 customer service and nothing has been resolved. I was told a manager would call me back the next day, it's been a week with no call.I've been a customer for 13 years.When I first opened my account and when I made deposits I never had to speak to a manager.But when I went in to close my account I was told I would need to speak to the manager, who was on the phone so I would have to wait. So I said "can I withdrawl my money as a cashiers check?" The teller said yes so I asked for a $45k cashiers check to be made out to another bank. (I left $6k to cover pending checks) Then the teller replied "I'll need to get the managers approval"You need to get approval to give me my money? Anyways manager Vivian approved giving me my money. So then the teller had to get on the phone with corporate for 5 minutes to get my $45k cashiers check approved. Mind you they know me at the branch and I provided proper ID, also I had spoke to the manager Vivian the week before.US Bank customer service sucks!I wouldn't trust US Bank with my kids piggy bank!

Went there to cash a check and it's my second time. The first time that person was really nice, really helpful.The second and last they took forever and when it came to my turn the lady that was supposed to help me was so rude she took my ID and after she threw it back and then she entered everything and then said she can't cash it. I asked why and she says I can come back tomorrow and she left. Really bad customer service.

Not a fan of the service here. People don't stay at this branch long. The gentleman sitting at table is completely rude. Stand there forever and just ignores never one word and no tellers.Time before basically if you have a trouble that doesn't fit neatly in Their Box. Do NOT GO HERE. Even if they know you well. They will NOT HELP. I have left 3 times and got exactly what I needed at another branchDon't trust them try another branch. Just saying.

So sadly lacking in customer support and service compared to every other year with this bank. The bank in general is not worth your time. They manipulate funds and deposits & withdrawals to take your money and then correct it when brought to their attention. Seriously needs to do better as a "bank ". Without customers..you'll have no banks. This is YEARS of catching this banks manipulation.

I really could love this bank. It's close, and convenient. The tellers are all very nice and helpful. The problem at this particular branch is the bank manager. It has been noted .

I can’t tell you how many bad experiences I’ve had with U.S. Bank. It seems every time I need to do some kind of banking transaction they are closed. The few times I have come into this branch, the service takes forever because they only have 1 teller working at any given time. Good customer service is really not that difficult, but U.S. bank has done a great job of avoiding it. I only bank with them out of convenience because their branches are closest to my home. If it weren’t for that, I would go anywhere else.

US Bank in general has been horrific. Vivian in the branch is the only person whom seems to know what they are doing. The rest of the employees are not empowered to know anything. The 800 numbers are joke. I have been on the phone for two days, three hours+ a day trying to get a simple letter. They have lost my business.

I had recently done a home sale transaction with 3 U S Bank representatives and would highly suggest getting your loans through a different lender. Working with Joe S. Johal, Jason P Crone and Chris A Vargas was the worst loan transaction I have ever done as a home seller and a real estate agent. They don't and did not care , they were over booked, under staffed and did not take responsibility for these issues by making things write by me and others. By going to a different lender i know you will find agents that are responsive to the clients needs and get the job done on time and correct.

There is only one teller and the wait is to long with no body to help you. I waited 10mins and still couldn't get help so I left.
