I would give them 0 starts if I could. US Bank is the WORST bank I have ever dealt with. The tellers are nice but that is where it ends because they have no power to do anything for the customer. The US Bank's Online system is the worst online banking I have ever seen. You don't have access to copies of the checks or deposits. The app keeps crashing when you try to make a deposit and to make matters worse, you can't even make an electronic deposit into certain accounts and have to go into a branch to deposit a check even if they are small checks.

We went in to start a new business account with no apoitment and to be honest we were expecting to wait a long time to get help, but it was our lucky day. Stephanie Lazarowich and Anna Ulloa were so great, they assited us right away in creating the new business account and explaining the details. Excellent customer service with great attitude is hard to come by these days, but rest assured Stephanie and Anna got it!

I've only been here a few times, doing most of my banking online, but the times I have been here the tellers have always been courteous and efficient. The few times I had to wait because the tellers were busy with other customers were short (a minute or two).Once I had an issue with a third party vender concerning a refund. I spoke to an assistant manager, he contacted the vender and within a couple days the issue was resolved. This is why it's good to have a 'brick and mortar' to resolve a problem rather than trying to do it online. There is no better bank or branch than this one!

I had a very good experience with the service provided by this branch. A special mention to Mr.Mauro for providing good assistance and especially his way of interaction with the people. He's a lively guy and ready to assist with any help or doubts. Overall it's fun talking to him. Whenever I visit the branch, I never forget to meet him.

I love the convenience of this location, but I have to agree with the review from Rosemary. There are always two or three men who appear to be managers of some sort, trying to look busy/important while avoiding eye contact while one or sometimes two tellers are struggling to get to all of the people waiting in line. There is usually a longer line during lunch, when most working adults can be there, but this branch never seems to recognize this and have enough staff, or at least staff who are willing to help.

I went to change a check and they didn't want to change it for not having an account with them. I felt discriminated against by the cashier. Because I am Mexican. He asked me for different identifications and to give him my social security. They are very discriminatory. but I will see what I can do to have my check changed

Poor customer service. 3 guys (one was clearly busy counting cash and two clearly oblivious to the line) were just around while the only female teller took care of THE ENTIRE LINE. Kudos to her but shame on her coworkers who DID NOTHING to help alleviate the line. They one man who I assume was the MOD didn't bother asking ANYONE in line if they needed help with something he could've helped with. He just sat at his desk pretending he was "busy". Same with the other guy pretending to be "busy" at his desk. This is a very disappointing experience and I don't ever intend on going to this location again.

Today I recieved a call from someone who said he was a PG&E tech out in the field who was going to disconnect my services and transfered me over to another person, who said I had late payments and needed to pay 500.00 right away. I have never been late on my payment, but the person who claimed was PG&E said the computer must have a glitch, so I needed to pay and they would start an investigation to what happened. I told the teller (Yeimy Meza) my story and she said that's a scam. Please call PG&E and I went home and did just that. PG&E said it was a scam. I almost lost 500.00, but thanks to Yeimy Meza I didn't. Thanks so much for taking care of your customer!
