They clearly have a serious staffing and scheduling problem. Saturday, the busiest time when most working people finally have time to visit the post office, and there’s only one employee working the entire shift. The result: an extremely long line stretching outside the building.
When I asked today, they confirmed that only one person was scheduled. And from my own experience, I’ve seen the same issue many weekends in a row. It’s poor planning and shows a lack of basic schedule management.
If they can put two or more people on shift during weekdays, why can’t they do the same on Saturdays, when demand is clearly higher? This location desperately needs better management of staff schedules to serve customers properly.

This UPS Store has the best service ever! It’s my second time doing a big printing job for our school, and the staff is always super helpful and patient. All I had to do was send an email — they even guided me over the phone to make sure every detail and file was correct. Within an hour, everything was ready and waiting for pickup. Couldn’t ask for better service!

The Owners are thoughtful, and the most endearing.
The Lady B who runs the house is beyond conception in her capabilities, heart, with and soul.
