Just left the UPS store on Meridian by Luckys and didn’t realize my package was a USPS label not UPS and the woman Bee behind the counter still helped me pack it for shipping. She was friendly and smiled The world needs more people like her and stores need more employee ls like her. Thank you Bee, I appreciate your help and kindness

I had to send a piece of my artworks to the UK. The employee helping me was very informative. The attention to details provided by him was impressive and his customer service skill are excellent.So he patiently answered all my questions for international shipping.My artwork delivered on time without any issue.Thanks for your awesome service

I always get good, quick, and friendly service. I do most of my Amazon returns here and have never had any issues. The process is really fast if you have your bar codes ready to be scanned.

Great store felt welcomed right when stepping into the store.I want to thank Beatriz for your great costumer service and for being so efficient. I've been in different UPS and FedEx stores and they've lacked on those qualities, so I was very pleased I was able to have a good experience.

They lost a customer for good today. Got prices to send 2 packages to get there before Christmas. I said that was too much and I would try USPS. She then quotes what USPS would be. I went straight to USPS. She lied! She told me I would pay more than double of what I actually paid. Way cheaper to get my packages there by Christmas with USPS by a lot!!

Wouldn't take my Amazon returns here again. Although the process was easy, it took 10 days from the day of dropping it off at this store until it showed up as being processed. I was worried I'd have to file a claim. Not usually a busy store though and staff are usually proficient.
