Bhavin was very helpful when I came in to drop off some Amazon returns... I was a little confused about what items needed to be packed in a box, and Bhavin was very patient - working with me to get my return sent out. I appreciated his willingness to take the time to re-box my return so I could complete my errand!

Mary was wonderful 7/1/24 @ 5:17pm.
I have been going to the 5542 Monterey location purely out of necessity, the staff there has always been rude with lack of customer service. But Mary has brought my faith back that there are still ppl with great customer service abilities. She was helpful, and kind. She should be recognized, a pleasant needle in a haystack.

I recently had an incredibly unpleasant experience at this UPS store. They charged me $2 for a tiny piece of tape on a prepaid package, which I could have easily done myself with a tape roll from the dollar store next door. Charging $2 for a small bit of tape is unreasonable and a blatant money grab.
Additionally, I was billed $3 for using the computer just to email them a label to print (I did not use the computer at all), on top of the $2.36 printing cost for four single-sided pages. I could have printed these for much less at Staples. The lady at the counter was rude and argued about the package, which was Amazon-approved.
To the reviewer supporting the tape fee: your defense is invalid. For $2, I could have bought an entire roll of tape and had plenty left over especially with the dollar store being right there. These practices are unacceptable, and I won’t be returning.
