Helpful, professional acting employee suggested surprisingly low cost shipping method, despite having to handle a long line by himself. I normally use FedEx but next time will go back to this UPS store.

They charged $3.04 for printer or return label, they don’t even want to tape the bag. They trying to charge everything, and bad very bad service.

Just because he didn’t feel like and was already thinking about his evening off !!
Come on people !
Why don’t you put closing time as 5.55 pm instead then ?

Zero customer service manners at the UPS Store at Prospect and Saratoga.
If I could give a zero or minus point to this review, I would have definitely done it. This is an extremely cheap store, and some of their staff have no customer service manners. Every time I go to the store, I bring my own tape and pack everything properly because they usually talk to customers with some attitude, specifically when taking amazon packages. Today, I took a very heavy amazon return package into their stores last minute to drop off. After I dragged the package inside the store and pulled up my return code, with some attitude, one of the staff told me that I had taped the top of the box to close it. HI said I sorry I didn't know, and usually, with most amazon retur, s store tapes off the , or they put the lable sleeves on the top to close it. Again with the same attitude, he said your options are either to buy a packaging tape for 6 or 7 dollars from us or pay 2 to 3 dollars to put some tape on the top to close the box.
I was shocked and really disappointed at their customer service level. It was already 5:54 pm, theclosedse at 6:00 pm. The package was sheavyey that it was really hard to carry it back to the car again, and they found an amazing opportunity to press a customer to buy something from them in a tight situation. Very disappointed, I picked up my package and left the store telling them this was the last time I visited this store and will leave reviews based on what happened today. Adultery zero customer service at this store.

Terrible experience at this UPS Store. After missing my phone delivery, the driver left the package here instead of redelivering. When I picked it up, the box was opened, resealed, and empty. The staff offered no help, just told me to contact the shipper. Absolutely unacceptable.

Great location. All the staff are friendly and helpful! Can be busy at times because of its proximity to grocery stores, but they are efficient and provide resources/suggestions for anything they can’t do in store.
