I brought my elderly mother to this notary expecting a simple, straightforward service. Instead, the notary acted more like an immigration officer than a professional there to witness and sign documents. He subjected her to an unnecessarily long and intrusive “interview,” asking unrelated questions until he ultimately refused to notarize the paperwork. The entire interaction felt disrespectful, intimidating, and completely unprofessional. This is not how a notary should treat clients, especially elderly individuals who may already be stressed. I would strongly recommend finding a notary who understands their role and treats people with dignity and respect.

10/10 no notes. The people at this store are the absolute sweetest and so helpful. They’ve done a good job with every return I’ve brought here and almost always have short wait times. Definitely a good one.

This facility has always given me great service!!! I am there quite often returning packages. I had particularly EXCELLENT customer service from a gentleman named Miguel!!! He was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and went out of his way to provide AMAZING customer service. Thank you Miguel, YOU ARE A ROCK STAR!!!!!!

Great service! Tried several other places around the area to have a passport photo taken for my baby and they not only didn’t lie about the camera not working, they were super nice and provided great customer service; I went to a different UPS nearby in Blossom Hill where they had terrible customer service.
Alexandria (especially) and Kathy were great!

It’s absolutely worth going out of your way to visit this UPS Store. Great customer service feels like a lost art these days, but this location truly delivers! Miguel was fantastic in assisting me with fingerprinting services — they’re one of the few stores that offer LiveScan technology. The owner is very community-focused, and I’m happy to support their business whenever I can. I’ve also ordered corporate signage here and had a great experience.

Says on their website that they print labels for free total lie I just got charged $3.00 for a label! Just know that labels aren’t free! And the owner just replied telling me they’re franchised, so If that’s the case, you guys really need to update your websites cause it’s on more than one saying it’s free. Not only do you guys have the laziest most unfriendly employees I’ve ever seen in my life!! And that’s saying a lot because I’ve been to quite a few UPS stores and I’ve never been treated like I have at your store! I walked in and immediately the girl behind the desk said get behind the line! And then she goes on to say have some Courtesy! And I’m thinking excuse me! Then the heavyset lady your manager comes up to me and says did you just take a picture of my employee? In which I didn’t! Then from there, she say you need to leave! Then I said ok? But before I left, she ripped my package out of my hand and says you are!? Then I went to get them on video just to have proof of the rude employees that you have! I’ve read the other reviews you clearly do not care about customers at all!! Your manager and other employees are literally the rudest and worst employees I’ve ever seen in customer service!!! I know quite a lot of people and I will let every single one of them know just how you run your store! And I guarantee that once I tell them they will never go to your location again!!!

I highly recommend the UPS Store! Every single one of the staff that I have ever dealt with has been extremely nice, courteous, knowledgeable, helpful and they all have great personalities!! The store is always kept clean and organized!

Today's return drop-off was surprisingly unpleasant. Despite having a pre-printed label, a staff member loudly directed me to the kiosk for scanning and label printing. Following those instructions, I then looked for a drop-off location, only to be met with another staff member's loud and unhelpful direction. This marks the third time I've experienced unhelpful and loud interactions with staff here. It leaves me wondering if this is typical customer service or if the staff were simply having a difficult day. Because of that, I will not return to this UPS branch.

Every time I have been to the store, the employees have been very kind and helpful. I’ve never had to wait more than a few minutes to be served and I’ve always been able to accomplish the task for which I went into the store.

MIGUEL helped me out very quickly. I had a few questions on what box I'd need for my item and if my return slip was OK. He tool care of everything for me and had good energy.
